The team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. They worked seamlessly all day and completed my whole house in one day!! Fantastic. They cleaned up as they went and when they left, there was nothing left for me to clean up after. Before leaving they made sure that any questions I had were answered. I knew all about my new wonderful windows and the many features they offered. I am extremely pleased! Now, on to the bathroom! :-)

The installers were great, on time, efficient, wore their masks and were extremely polite. They cleaned up after themselves, left their work areas spotless. Windows look beautiful, we are very happy. The installers were Tim, Luke and Brad, thank you guys, you did a fabulous job.

James Connor was our salesperson and explained the entire process to us. We decided immediately that this was the way to go with our shower. Dylan H. was the installer and he arrived on time and did an excellent job on our shower. We are very impressed with with his work. Everything was done very professionally and cleaned up too. Dylan was very polite and explained everything that he was going to do. We couldn't be any happier with our new shower.

The crew and workmanship was great. However, I believe the price is inflated for what you get.

I called west shore home to remodel both bathtub/shower units on a house I just bought. John Wood came to my house for my free consultation. We went through the whole process and put together an idea for my new bathrooms. The turn around rate was amazing. I had a crew installing my bathrooms 5 days later and they turned out amazing. I absolutely love them. Alex M, Rob, Xavier, and Jerel did absolutely beautiful hard work. Everyone was very professional and got the work done fast. I was impressed. Top notch, I will recommend them for all future work.

This is a top notch company that pays attention to detail!,from my initial visit with the sales representative to installation! Two very nice men arrived right on time and got right to work, working as quietly as possible, even alerting me when they did use a loud tool! They carefully cleaned up the small amount of debris made. The new Windows are beautiful, love how they are finished inside and out!

Shawn and Devon did a wonderful job on my walk-in shower very polite and very fast workers would ask for them next time I got work done!!!

Hired West Shore Home to install 11 new windows. A team comprising of John, Jade, Kaden, Frank and Ben came 8AM and didn't leave until 3PM. Removed all the old windows and casings and installed new windows with new beautiful white casing. Cleaned up all debris and inside the house vacuumed carpet and floors. Looks fantastic. From minute we worked with estimator until finished job we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend West Shore. When paying this job off we are going to get them to do a remodel of bathroom. Kyle and Alex removed old bathtub and tile and replaced with a new soaker tub and surround. They were extremely careful when moving the old stuff out and new stuff in. The installation was very well-done. They were professional the whole time.

Kyle and Alex did a fantastic job of changing our old tub/shower combination to a walk-in shower and we love it. Our install date was moved up by four days as our material came in early, so that gave us a few extra days to enjoy as my husband is recovering from mobility issues. They worked great together and were super respectful of our home while here, which was less than 7 hours - will definitely request them for the next bathroom renovation.

Shannon was sick but stayed and finished job anyway. Workers were friendly, polite, respectful, and professional. Very satisfied with job. Shannon and Preston T performed the work.
