We wanted a expert job with no problems. The tub removal and shower install was done in 1 Day. The team did a great job and cleaned up as they worked. It was worth the money for the quality of work done. We will be getting another bath done in the future. And Westshore will be doing it. Thanks so much.

Jeremy and Torln , both were knowledgeable and professional while they installed our two bathrooms, shower in one and tub/shower. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them.

Our installation guys, Jeremy and Torin. were professional, courteous and efficient. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and care and warranty information was gone over clearly and concisely .wore Masks . I told the guys ,hey you did that in much better time then it showed on TV. we were absolutely pleased with every thing.

Took just a little longer than expected but I am sure the installers ran into unforseen problems.

First we had a great sales rep...Josh D...and the 2 installers Dennis R & Sean C were great...i give them a 5 star for their hard work...they arrived on time and both young men worked constantly on the installation of our new shower...they were here approximately 12 hours...they did a great clean up job also, and an excellent install job.. We had our existing shower replaced by West Shore in Pittsburgh. The two installers - Fred P. & Tim S. did an excellent job. They arrived on time, the work was done as planned; and they worked all day, with no â down time.â They cleaned up as they worked, thereby not leaving a big mess in the house. They were extremely polite, professional, and courteous. They checked with us as they progressed with the work so we could see the process and progress. They cleaned everything when done and left our home just as clean as it was when they arrived. We are very pleased with the new shower and very pleased to recommend them - especially Fred P. & Tim S.!

My bathroom renovation is awesome. We had new tubs and showers put into both of our bathroom. Joey can in and add some amazing touchup to already nice bathroom and made it beautiful and elegant. I am so happy with the time and care he took to make us love our bathroom even more. His craftsmanship is very solid and knowledgeable.

The installation went really well. Our installers, Travis Black and Alex Wilson were pleasant and professional. The job was completed in a day which was great since we were working on another project. Good job with the clean up. Very pleased with the install and our new shower.
