Salesman Bob S. and his install team Shawn C. and Preston T. could not have been better. Bob, took the time to answer all my questions and available payment options. Shawn and Preston arrived on time, removed the old shower and tub and install the new walk in shower. I am very pleased. The quality of the materials is the highest I have seen. Beautiful. Ron

Jeremy & Torin installed our new Shower/Bath Install. The were so polite, friendly in such a professional manner. Our Bathroom is stunning!!! We have used West Shore for 3 projects now, first all new windows, then Bathroom & Patio Sliding Door at the same time! The teams worked well together and could not ask for a better group to do the project. We Just LOVE West Shore for all our projects!!!! One more to do & thats to get shower doors installed in near future. Mike J & Jade D installed our sliding door. They were so polite, professional in the most friendly way. I loved seeing a woman do the job!!!! Cleaned up all while doing the install, We love our new sliding patio door!!!!

Starting with Keith Henry - he arrived at our home and quickly explained the process. We immediately signed on. We were told it would be between 8 and 12 weeks. We were quite pleasantly surprised to get the phone call to arrange our installation much earlier. Today Joe and Tim arrived at our home around 8:20 and after explaining what they would do, they started working. Not only were they pleasant, and polite, they had the shower installed by 2:20 PM. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower looks amazing. We are so pleased that we had West Shore Home come to our house. Thank you for hiring such wonderful installers. I would give them a 10++.

The installers, Jeremy, CoreyK.and Torin were polite, professional, cleaned up everything during the process, and answered all of my questions. The shower turned out beautiful. We are very happy.

I have had a really outstanding experience with the bath project handled by Brandon and his very impressive team. All the tradesmen (Chad, Josh, Akeen, DeAndre, Orlando, Candido, Evelio and Raul) were extremely professional, paid great attention to detail and worked very hard to get the job done when we hit some snags. Even Customer Service was great! Everyone was punctual if not a bit early, clean up was done beyond expectation and the final result was a beautiful new walk-in for my disabled mother and family. Should we decide to put in a second bath I will not hesitate to give West Shore Home a call again and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a bath contractor. Love, The Trevino Family

This was one of the best home improvements I have done. Ken my sales representative he was very honest and easy to deal with from day one. I didn't have to sit through a long winded presentation like the other companies like to make you do. Then the installer was Craig and he was highly trained , I was highly impressed by his workmanship. The job was done right the first time. The new slider patio door is amazing, looks beautiful and super energy efficient. Westshore is amazing and I will have them back for more home improvement projects. Thanks for making me a happy customer!

David Peugh, was the lead contractor, along with two trainees. Too much procrastinating, received false information about panel instillation/ the stopping point of install. The consultation contractor Matt, was suppose to be there on day of installation, did not show to confirm what was promised.

Grant and Ben M. were exceptional!!! They were prompt, professional and personable. I have an older home which created some challenges but they did not skip a beat, their expertise is reflected in their work!!! The install was completed in one day and looks fabulous. Would strongly recommend to anyone in need of a bathroom :)

Tyler M, Devon, Sam did an excellent job!!! They were very personable, great sense of humor & extremely professional. Our bath & shower looks so much better, and they removed our old tub. They finished the install in one day!!! They made sure we were 100% satisfied before they left. A+++++++ Highly recommend these young men!

The installers, Corey S. and Josh P. were very professional. The install was a week ahead of schedule. The old tub was removed and the new shower looked amazing. The warranty information and cleaning instruction were clearly explained. Very happy we made the decision to put in the walk-in shower. Lastly, the installers had great music playing all day!

Shawn and Devon were very professional and explained the project step by step during the installation. they did an excellent job installing our new walk in shower. They explained care and maintenance when they finished which we found very helpful! They arrived as scheduled and completed the job without any problems. We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower!! We would hire them again.

We hired West Shore to install a wheelchair-accessible shower in our master bath. We chose West Shore as we thought that with them being in the business of just bath projects they would have the knowledge to install such a shower. It was decided that what would be needed was 2 in step up with 2 in ramp going across. We trusted their judgment assuming that they had done this before. The shower was installed pretty quickly however, they installed a handheld showerhead that was way too high for a person in a wheelchair to reach, and when we tried the shower the water ran out the front of the ramp. After a call, we were told that they would need to install a foam guard across the front of the shower pan. $11,000.00 and 3 weeks later we still have not had that installation and have not been able to use that shower. I would have thought that they would have come prepared to install that guard at the time of installation. Also, I would have thought that that company would do the whole project, not just the shower install. I see all these 5-star reviews so maybe on a less complicated install, they deserve that rating but not on our project.

Grant,Ben,Cody and Nate,showed up as they said and all were wearing mask.They were all very friendly and eager to get to work.We had 2 walk in showers installed, their team work and respect for each other was awesome to watch and listen to, you don't see that much in today's work force. They were very informative as to what they were doing and ok everything with us. When finished they explained cleaning on the showers and all Debra was picked up, nothing- not one bit of dirt or debre was left behind. These young men need to be commended for the excellent job they performed and representing West Shore Home you should be proud to have these men. Thank you Marty & Sharon Williams

The installers were professional and explained as they went. After the job was completed they cleaned up and it was as if they were never here. They also explained warranty info, cleaning information etc. Well worth it. Very pleased and now have a beautiful walk in shower with seat.

Eric S and Isaac B were very professional . Arrived to location on time got right to work and completed the job ahead of schedule with no problems. The bathroom looked great and i would hire them again if i ever had another bathroom to do. Unfortunately your warranty covers the life of the house so i should not need them

Brandon F and Tristen H installed my complete shower/tub with full walls all the way up to my wood moulding at the ceiling. They did excellent work, were extremely personable, cleaned up very well when finished, and were finiished with the work by approximately 5 pm. (Much to my surprise the one day tear out and complete install was a reality!) Brandon and Tristen made sure all of the "accessories" were installed to my peference. They went over all paperwork and recommendations and answered all of my questions. I give not only West Shore Home, but these two young installers.......5 STARS!!!!!!
