I am in awe. Rob R and Shawn C are amazing! It took them less than 6 hours and I've got a masterpiece. They did a tub to shower transformation. These two guys are truly professionals. John W and Mike S did the removal of our bathtub/shower and installed a beautiful shower and they were so professional and worked from the time they walked in the door until the job was complete. Corey S and Preston T did our shower/tub remodel and the work along with attention to detail was outstanding. As a retired state inspector, I was somewhat cynical that quality work could be done in a day with a short time-frame from the initial call to installation. I can happily report that I was wrong in every way. These guys were outstanding, professional and oriented to the job. The demolition, plumbing rerouting, floor work and installation went smoothly. Cleanup and care of the work site was excellent. Highly recommend West Shore Home for bathroom remodels. Well done Corey and Preston!

Grant and Hunter did our install, and they were great. They were on time and courteous throughout. They removed an old tile shower, which was not an easy task, and replaced it with a clean modern shower. We feel lucky to have had them work for us. Will use again.

Our new shower came out fantastic. Ryan and Rob from Baltimore were extremely courteous and very professional. They arrived on time and work was done in a very timely manner. Nate J and Hunter A, Did a Fabulous Job removing old and installing New Walk in Shower. They did this Job as if they were putting the Shower in their Own Homes. They explained things in detail, were Polite, and very Professional, and Cleaned up all Mess created, and as promised were done in one day, 8am to 4pm !!! GREAT JOB

Dave K. - did the upfront presentation at our house. Dave was very professional and personal, easy to work with. He was very detailed and knowledgeable of the products and the install process. He was not aggressive or pushy, he gave us the information we needed and answered all our questions. He did not rush us at any point in the presentation. He made us aware of why the cost was more than we had expected: Quality of material used Choices that we had to make, better quality = higher cost Labor and effort involved. Also: for west shore homes Bringing Dave to our house was a great idea for doing business: Saved us so much time, travel and effort to gather estimates and to see show rooms. We will now have our project completed sooner than expected.
