James "Matt" Gilreath and Travis did a great job with the tub to shower remodel. They were friendly and professional. They completed the job in one day as advertised.

Tanner Poe and his crew did a great job installing my new windows. They arrived right on time , Tanner explained everything they would be doing and kept me informed though out the day. These guys were very professional and polite. They worked 12 hours straight with only a 30 lunch break to get the job done. I'm thrilled with the job they did and thrilled with my new windows.

Ricky Rodriguez, Jose Lopez Ouzman and Briley Frank did an awesome job of tearing out our old shower/tub, cleaning out the mildewed insulation and installing a new walk in shower in one day, and they kept the house clean! Great Job!

They installed tub/shower combo and shower stall. Rikkie Swanson and Zachary Redman did a fantastic job. Before and after are unreal!! So nice and clean. More space than ever. Very pleased.

Not sure about price and quality we did not talk about it but before I got off the computer the phone rang. She was interested in what I wanted and how they could help me. She did not mind that I wanted them to come out at 9:00 am. Now that is customer service. I liked her/them so far.

Very pleased with overall shower project. Grant,Shane T. and Don were very professional throughout the entire process. It was raining very heavily outside but they put tarps down inside their walking area outside the bathroom so to minimize footprints through the house. All were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Recommended to neighbors and friends !! Way to go guys, you all deserve big raises !!!

This was a complete tear out of old tub and walls, and install new walk in shower with one piece acrylic walls. Brandon and Preston were the installers, arrived around 8:30 and were completely done by 2:00 pm. Great job and great clean up. They even vacuumed my carpeted stairs when they were done. Iâ m 71 years old and have had both hips replaced. Getting the old tub removed and replaced with a low step in shower was just what I needed.

We had three old entry doors and two storm doors removed and replaced with all new doors and hardware. We were very fortunate to be notified that the project could be completed a week earlier than originally scheduled. On the day of installation, six technicians with three box trucks, showed up at 8:15 AM, as promised. The foreman checked all the details of the job with me before any work began. We clarified two small items in the contract and the crews then began working. All of the technicians; Curt S, John M, Mike J, Mike D, Kaden S, and Jeff K, were professional, friendly, courteous and focused on completing the job. They prepared the work area with tarps and heavy duty cardboard as necessary to avoid any damage and worked diligently and quietly throughout the day. Any questions that came up during the install were quickly brought to my attention by Curt and taken care of on the spot. By 2:15 PM, Curt and I were performing a walk thru inspection of the day's work and verifying that everything had been done according to the contract and that all the keys and hardware worked as advertised. Curt then took the time to review the warranty and to ensure me that I could contact WSH with even the slightest concern. Although we thought the pricing was somewhat high, we were very pleased overall with the project. The new doors operate and seal nicely and besides looking great, they project a very real sense of value and quality. Thanks for a job well done. Eric S. and Justin D. were our installers. They seemed to have an excellent working relationship between them selves and interacted easily and professionally with us. They did a tub-to-shower conversion and kept us informed, in general of what they were doing and what to expect (noise, water on/water off, etc.) For our job it was completed in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. We are appreciative of their workmanship and the quality of the finished product.

I ordered my tub to walk-in shower on October 30, 2021 and was told they would call within 6-8 weeks for the installation. They called me on November 03, 2021 and set up the install for November 04, 2021. They came on the 4th and weâ re done in 6 hours and it was perfect and just what we wanted! ! The 3 installers did a great installation and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would recommend West Shor Home for anyoneâ s shower remodel. Thanks for a great job in a timely maner to Grant, Hunter and Pete!!!!
