Brandon Williams and his assistant from the Chattanooga office did a great job on the installation of our windows. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Very timely, professional, knowledgeable service. Very impressed with workmanship from start to finish. They materials used were of top quality and the products were exactly as requested. They redid plumbing where necessary too. They left our home clean as though they had never been on our property. We will definitely call on them again.

Malachi Robinson and Casey Sutton were the installers and did an amazing job. The sales person Abbie Allen was also on point. You get what you pay for and we are very satisfied.

Quality workmen

The ability to connect with customer service is difficult. The only contact info is for the salesperson - which is great. But... there is the after service. Value: the shower tub combo is beautiful, but I think $11,000.00 is a bit expensive - I am not an expert on the costs of similar shower tub combo installs.

Casey Sutton and Briley Frazier showed up on time for a shower install. While we were going over expectations, Casey and Briley asked who the Marine was after seeing my flag, and I told them me. They thanked me for my service and got right to work. Both were very professional and polite. Instalation went well and they did an outstanding job. Both of them are a Great reflection of the company West Shore Homes. It's hard to find good help these days and you have two outstanding employees!!!

Abbie Allen came calling and presented herself, her product and project in a professional manner. The job was completed as scheduled (one day), with exception of the shower door which was a back order. The back order came as no surprise and was stated so in the proposal. The completion came in on time and on budget, as quoted. The work crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves.. I highly recommend these folks for your home project.

I was happy to know that the sales team (Keith Henry and Colton) was not overbearing. They provided me with the facts and let me decide what I wanted. The installers (Rickie Swanson and Darrell Joyner) were very professional and timely. I was happy to see just how they moved and had taken out that old 60is tub. They answered our questions. They left us with instructions on how to treat the installation before use including which products to use in maintaining our new fixture. My only criticism is I wish they had used more material to cover our hardwood floors. Other than that their clean-up process was thorough.

I could not possibly have been more pleased with the experience, from the beginning to the end. I needed new windows and having never purchased windows before, I knew nothing. My salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful and patient. After getting quotes from other companies, choosing the purchase from West Shore was an easy decision. The windows I ordered came in much sooner than expected and the day of installation, Tanner, Chase and the entire team went above and beyond in my opinion. They were very professional, efficient, courteous and helpful. They took great care to not disturb anything inside or outside of the house during the installation and did a very thorough job of cleaning when they were finished. Their supervisor Jordan was present during the last part to insure that the windows were properly installed and to let me know to reach out to him if I had any questions at all. The level of customer service I received was well worth what I paid for the windows. I would have never thought that new windows could make such a difference, but my customized windows are simply gorgeous.

Zachary and Micheal were efficient and got the job done quickly despite setbacks and having to have someone from the office bring some parts. The boss and the salesperson (Keith) both dropped by to see how things were progressing. Keith went out of his way to help us get the shower head we needed without additional cost. We were very impressed with all of our contacts with West Shore Home and the service they delivered on short notice. The product is of high quality and done very professionally.

Ricky, Josh, Tory, and Steven were wonderful to work with on my recent tub to shower conversion. They made my old bath look like new. The crew covered the floors of the work area and the area leading outside. They cleaned up very well at the end of the job. We had two bathrooms remodeled at the same time. The crew members were Zachary Redman, Josh Rivera, Casey Sutton, Corey Burse, and Steven Carter.
