We had all of our windows replaced (13). Our Team - Joel Allen and crew, were very professional, very nice, on time, and worked diligently throughout the day, from 8 am to 6 pm. Cleaned up when finished. New windows look great. I am very pleased with West Shore and would totally recommend them.

I had a really bad experience with another company with a few Windows, and it was a nightmare. I really wish I had used West Shore for all my Windows.

I like the fact that they all work for WEST SHORE HOME. They were very professional to the end! When they were finished Brandon Johnson and I walked thru to every window. Brandon pointed out what to do and not to do concerning my windows!! They all were very mannered and upbeat!! Thank you all!

Qualify products and employees, from the salesman Alan, the the installers, Zachary Redman and Will Helton, it was a great experience!!! All were very knowledgeable of the products and every aspect involved, including demo of old shower and installation of new one. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a new shower installed. The first company was just going to put it on top of my old insert. Westshore sent a salesman out to go over what they would do. My old shower completely removed. They installed thick boards on the walls of 3 sides and then installed the shower walls. Iâ m very pleased with my shower and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shower remodel!!

Tyler C was the service tech who came out to fix an issue we were having with our shelves in the shower. He was prompt, personable and effectively fixed our shower!

Everything was outstanding and simple. Making the appointment, Nic Brown the salesperson showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable, then a measurement specialist came a few days later and was very professional. The installer Brandon Johnson and another installer I did not catch his name showed up right on time and were very polite, courteous, professional and very respectful. They did an exceptional job and cleaned up perfectly. I will use Westshore Home again and I highly recommend them. I would also like to acknowledge Brandon Johnson as a valued employee.

The installers Case y Sutton and Bradley Fischer did not outstanding job. I would not hesitate to hire West Shore Home. Neat, friendly, clean and their workmanship all first class.

Had a walk in shower installed in 6 1/2 hrs. Love it. They removed old tub and fixtures and did everything I picked out.

West Shore has been a great company to work with. The experience from scheduling with Sandy in customer service, our meeting with our design consultant Jake, the 4 installers the day of service, Josh, Tyler, Casey and Denis, and the service tech Tyler C. , were all friendly and no-stress encounters. Brandon Williams & Crew were very knowledgeable & professional!! They hit the ground running & never let up till the job was done!!

My appointment was between 8 and 10 am. Installers showed up around 830. Casey Sutton and Tyler McNabb done an amazing job, they were very polite and respective toward our home and us. They completed the job by 1pm. They answered all my questions and made sure to ask me my opinion on installing grab bars and shelves. The work area was left very clean almost as if they were not even here installing new shower. They cleaned up the work area outside as well. I would definitely recommend this company and both installers Casey and Tyler to anyone that is wanting a new shower.

Had a shower install & the 2 installers were kind, courteous & knowledgeable about their jobs. They did great work. I was renovating rest of bathroom myself & hadnâ t put in flooring yet. Shower installers said when I finished to make a service call & would come back to trim shower at floor. Made call & service tech was Tyler Chadwick. He also was kind, courteous & knowledgeable. He trimmed shower at floor. Was a very professional job. Quick, efficient & looks great!

My installers, Casey, Wesley and Steven were on time, professional and completed the walking shower as promised in 8 hrs. Thank you guys.

Rickey Rodriguez and Tyler McNabb installed our new shower in one day. They were both very skilled, professional, and friendly. Their workmanship was excellent and they left a clean workspace. We are very pleased with West Shore Home and the high quality product they installed. And highly recommend them.
