The 4 new windows turned out better than expected! High quality and fantastic installation!! Tanner was meticulous and Sven and Josh were hard working as well as kind and respectful to me, the homeowner. Explained the process before as well as during install!! Then detailed instructions on opening and cleaning windows. VERY HAPPY!!!

I have never seen such professional employees or company to deal with. They installed a new shower in my old house. The two employees were very efficient and professional. They had excellent manners. I could not ask for a better job. The company itself is very prompt with schedules. I had the company come out and add another hand hold inside shower, the company was very prompt in scheduling and the employee was very efficient and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the efficiency, cleanliness, promptness and respect of the employees.

Ricky Rodriguez and Bradley Fischer did agent job with tear out, installation and cleanup in two days.

The crew Zachary & Justin were great. Finished removing tub an insert and installing new walk-in shower in one day. Our sales rep was very informative and they provided the best value for our needs. Would highly recommend them.

Briley and Tyler were so professional. They made sure we understood the whole process. The walk-in shower we have is not only beautiful but it is safe. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience from beginning to end. Sven Johnson was the installation "boss" and he along with the entire crew were careful, thorough, pleasant and very competent. An enjoyable experience and I highly recommend the entire team at West Shore Homes in Chatannooga. .

Great service wonderful clean up after, overall a great experience very professional, explained everything, took there time explaining everything.

No issues with installation and they will have to come back to finish up a radius window trim that required special measurement.

Cameron Eaves and Denis Grechko came out and got it done quick. They did a lot of work in a short time. And the quality was excellent. The shower they built is really nice and spacious.

Tanner POEL/ CREW WAS ON TIME , ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, they did an excellent job on tearing out the old aluminum single pane windows , amd installing the new windows, on the whole house, coil wrapping the exterior trim and installing interior trim all in one day 16 windows removed and installed and cleaned all rooms and left the exterior spotless , I would highly recommend them for your install.

I had a brand new beautiful shower installed in less than 8 hours! They removed my old tub and fiberglass walls to put in a new shower. I was very impressed with how fast and hard they worked. My workers were Cameron Eaves and Tyler McNabb. They were wonderful and respectful.

Respectful, professional, punctual and knowledge team led by Sven Johnson and Marquis McIntosh. Arrived on appointed day/time and provided a seamless and enjoyable experience.
