Gary, the installer, did a good job. He was very professional, on time and left things in order. This was a repair after a tub to shower installation that damaged the vinyl flooring. Gary showed me what he was doing for my approval as the job progressed. Everyone with West Shore Homes has been nice and did a good job.

Brandon W., Derek F., and Sven J. were punctual, polite, efficient, accommodating, professional, and meticulous about their work. They explained what they planned to do, obtained our approval as they completed each step, and answered every question we asked clearly and patiently. Installation Manager Jordan Smith stopped in to ensure the project was progressing smoothly and to check to see if we were satisfied with the quality and design of the doors. They not only took pains to avoid "making a mess" during installation, they actually left our house in near immaculate condition! Brandon cheerfully volunteered to transfer the blinds from our old doors to the new ones, and he did it perfectly! In short, this crew was superb and their work was FLAWLESS!

I have had the best ever experience today on my home project. Tanner &!Chace weâ re here to remove and install a new sliding glass door in my dining room. They arrived on time. They were professional and efficient and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they worked and my door looks better than I expected. It only took eight days from the time that I first contacted the company until my tub to shower replacement was completed! This company understands and provides outstanding customer service. Brandon, Sven, Joel, Tanner, Marquis, Reginald, and Charles were as nice, friendly and professional as they could be. They worked as a team, absolutely knew what they were doing, were efficient and got the whole job done and cleaned up in less than a day. I was amazed by this team of men and their work. The option were presented in an easy to understand way. Samples were provided as well as past projects. We were able to decide on a look that made us happy. We were told it may be 4 to 6 weeks for install. Less than 2 weeks later our install crew arrived. Cassy Sutton and Juston Trotter were courtious and knowlegeble. The removal and installation went on without a hitch. 1 day for everything. You may be able to cut corners and save a few bucks but the quality product and install we received was well worth the expense. Financing was available as well as discounts for cash. We chose the 12 months no payment no interest option. We will be using them when it comes time to do the master bath.

A defect was discovered in one of the panels so another was brought to the jobsite, eventhough we are over an hour from Chattanooga. They kept us informed of time required to finish and cleaned up after themselves. Including wet mopping the floors. Would highly recommend. Beautiful exterior door inside and out. I like the color but would of liked more color options. Craftsmanship quality. Install crew stayed until the job was done and didn't try to sell me extra work that I know they had to do. Great cleanup. Rekeying the door was not included so now I need a locksmith. Still give it a 5star rating because the door feels so good open and closing and the glass work looks great. Touch up paint bottles were provided for my exterior paint color and the white interior.

The service techs that came to take out my old tube and replace it with a new shower were very nice. They explained everything they were going to do and went over everything when they left. It took them just 5 and a half hours to do what took me three days 18 years ago. They had lunch with them, but would not eat until they finished. The shower looks great, the bathroom looks so much better, and I wish I had done this before now. Jason Stamps and Justin Trotter were polite and professional. I'd recommend both them and Lakeshore to anyone needing a shower installed. Very happy.
