We recently had our shower renovated by Westshore Bath, and the entire process was impressively smooth and straightforward. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled professionally. Working with Josh, our Design Consultant, was exciting. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure all our preferences were understood and incorporated into the design.The installation team, John, Zach, and Joel were great. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. Despite facing a minor issue during the installation, the team's response was prompt and effective, ensuring the project stayed on track without compromising on quality. We absolutely love our new shower. The professionalism and expertise of everyone involved were apparent, making the entire experience pleasantly seamless. We would highly recommend Westshore Bath to anyone looking to enhance their bathroom.

Excellent product, excellent service . The crew was on time, did an awesome job, cleaned up. Everyone is very friendly. Briley Frazier informed me of all aspects of the project. It went exactly as he said it would. I am very pleased. All of the installers, Charles Savage / Brandon Williams, were efficient, courteous, and professional. They did a shower and a bathtub replacement, both turned out great!

Brandon W. and Reginald B. replaced 7 windows in our home. They showed up on the day of the install promptly. Everything was completed on the same day. When done Brandon explained everything about the windows and how they worked. He also explained the warranty, such that the lifetime warranty, would transfer one time to a new owner, if we sell our home.

Hard work with a leaking custom shower to replace. Everything was done to perfection. All of the employees were polite and professional. We had 8 people consulting in my bathroom during the remodel to make sure they got it right!

Jason and Justin, we're on time, very professional. Explaining what they were doing as they were ding the job, and also, gave suggestions on placement of railing and seat.

Had design consultant Matt Davis come out and go over options for our shower installation. He was very thorough explaining the whole process and pricing. Installers Briley Frazier and Justin Trotter did a great job doing the installation. They kept us updated on the work as they ran into a few obstacles with a concrete block wall and having to jack hammer some of the slab. Even though the demo was major they carried out the debris leaving the work site clean. We also enjoyed their sense of humor as they did the work!

Charles and Sven got right to work making sure that floors and bushes were covered. They were polite and respectful during the process of installing our windows. I was very pleased with the service they rendered.
