Excellent. We have used this contractor in the past, and the owner/principal uses high quality, trustworthy contractors and his lead supervisors/foremen are excellent to work with. The owner is a trained civil engineer with multi-national experience in home construction and repairs. He provides excellent responsiveness and personal attention to all work performed. No major quality or rework issues have ever been experienced and if any issues arise, no matter how minor, they are addressed immediately. All work has been performed within the original estimates provided. We trust this firm completely and would use them to do any work or to build a home for us in the future.

Had to have work redone.

All work was done professionally. Schedule commitments were met. Work started when promised and all of Rondon's workforce were very professional and courteous. The owner of the firm closely monitored the work as it was being done and communicated with us frequently to ensure the work was being done to our satisfaction. The major work and the minor jobs were all completed with the same degree of attention and quality. This was not the cheapest bidder, although the pricing was reasonable. We have absolute confidence in the quality of their work and I never regretted selecting them. -we believe Rondon definitely provided the best overall value. My wife and I both recommend this firm highly and would let them build our next home or to do renovations on any home we may purchase in the future. Very nice people to work with as well.

They are awful. The job was supposed to take 30 days but he made it last over 90 days. I fired them one time, and he said, please give me a second chance, so I did. He puts the quote together and in a nice pamphlet, and he then hired a plumber who was not licensed. He got quotes from different companies and implied he was going to use them as a sub contractor. He never used the people he got the quotes from. He used unlicensed people to complete the work. I found out in construction you cannot just fire them over the phone. You have to give them written notice and a chance to fix the problem. I am still trying to fix many of the problems they left behind. My husband will still not use the bathroom in the master suite because of the bad workmanship.

They did fencing. I liked the price they charged. The work was explained thoroughly. They cleaned up after the work. It was cleaner than my clean..
