The girl came and stayed two hours. I talked with Nicole over the phone and she initially said that two people would come out but they only sent one girl. I went with TeamOne because of the cost. The girl came and had a little 4 inch feather to dust with and she said this is all we do I get this from the office. I gave her a rag and she finished one side of the room and she said my two hours are up. The girl picked up her stuff and left. I called the office after this and have heard nothing from them.

Team One ran a promotion with Groupon for 3 hours of cleaning. I purchased 2. I scheduled an appointment for 03/28 or 03/29 (I don't remember the exact date). I explained I would have to meet the lady on my lunch hour. I arrived home in a timely manner and expected her to arrive shortly. 15 minutes later I was calling the office to find out where she was; she was on her way. 30 minutes later I called the office again; she was almost there. I could wait no longer; I had to return to work. My house did not get cleaned. I was so mad it was a month before I could call and reschedule. I rescheduled for 05/13. The lady was at my house when I arrived from work. I explained what I wanted and left. She cleaned the floors (vacuumed and mopped), cleaned the bathrooms, dusted, and wiped the kitchen counters down. She did not empty my vacuum cleaner and left the mop water in the kitchen sink. Overall, she did a fair job. My house is not easy to clean and I wanted her to concentrate on the floors. They looked nice. I scheduled my 2nd Groupon for 05/25. The lady called me about 15 minutes before my appointment. She said she was going to get lunch and head to my house. I said okay. She must have been able to tell I was having a stressful day at work, because she suggested I reschedule. This was easier for me, so I took her at her word and agreed to reschedule. When I called to reschedule they refused to honor my Groupon, because I'd agreed to reschedule. Had I not belived the lady had the authority to reschedule I would not agreed to do so. This is not a company I recomend.

[Member] purchased (2) Three-Hour Maid Service via Groupon. During this promotion TeamOne Property Solutions and Groupon signed an agreement for service and the terms conditions of the "Groupon Deal" which were listed on the Groupon ad that [Member] purchased. The terms specify that the customer must cancel or request to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. The contract also stated that customers must contact Groupon for refund request, which I advised [Member] when she requested a refund. [Member] scheduled the first cleaning for 3/28111. We advised [Member] that our cleaner was running late due to traffic conditions beyond our control. When the cleaner arrived at the residence [Member] wasJvery aggressive toward the cleaner and left the residence without allowing access to clean the residence. TeamOne's Office Manger advised her that we would reschedule the first cleaning as a one time courtesy. The first cleaning was rescheduled for 05/04111. As [Member] advised in her complaint, we focused on her floors per her request and she advised, "They looked nice." [Member] scheduled the second cleaning for OS/25111. The cleaner contacted her from a nearby restaurant prior to the time for the scheduled cleaning to ensure that [Member] would be available for the service. [Member] advised the cleaner that she was too busy to leave work and would not be able to rhake the cleaning. The cleaner advised [Member] to contact our office. [Member] contacted our office to reschedule and the call was directed to me to advise that we could not honor another reschedule request. I advised [Member] that we would not be able to reschedule or refund her service because she did not give the required notice per the terms of the "Groupon Deal" that she purchased. Due to [Member] cancelling twice at the time of service with no advanced notice, we will not reschedule or refund her service. This policy was listed in the "Groupon Deal" (that was purchased by [Member].
