Ultimate Service

Last week, I had grand plans to wash my work clothes for the next day. I sorted them, put them in the washing machine (a newer Frigidaire model), put the detergent in, and turned the machine on and then went back to watch TV. When I was getting ready for bed, my wife asked me what the loud beeping noise was. Finding myself back at the washing machine, I saw an error code: E59. Crap. I googled the message and wasn't happy about my prospects. I tried running the machine a few more times but it wouldn't do more than feebly rotate about an inch. So, I did what any rational man would do and bought a 3-year subscription to Angie's List. I searched for a washing repair man, found Sergio's reviews (liked what I saw) and gave him a call. A few hours later he was at my house. However, in the meantime my washing machine decided to start working again. Sergio was kind enough to look at the machine--despite the fact that it was now working fine--for any defects or problems. He didn't find any and so only charged us for coming out and gave us a guarantee that he would come out for free for the next 30 days if the machine gave us anymore issues. Nice! Great service, great guy, great price!

Sergio is great. This is the second time I used him. Fixed my appliances and fix my fireplace and stereo and did not charge for the extra work. Would recommend him very highly!!!!

On Wednesday am, our washer overflowed during the rinse cycle. I called and left a message for Sergey. He called right back and I described our problem. He said he could come either between 6 and 8 pm that evening or between 10 and 12 on Thursday morning. I elected to have him come the next day. He arrived promptly on Thursday am, discovered the problem, showed me the torn tubing and said he would have to go back to the office to see if they had the part. He said if they didn't have the part, he would have to order it. He said he could be back on Friday with the new part. However, when he went out to his truck, he found he had the part. He repaired the washer which is now working fine. He also checked the washer for any other problems. I could not have asked for better service and am thankful we did not have to buy a new washer. In the past, we have also called about our gas water heater and for a dryer overhaul which were also performed with great service.

He was very punctual, very organized, professional and efficient. Will certainly recommend and use again!!

Contacted for service, quickly responded and scheduled appointment for 2 days later. Sergey was prompt and courteous for the appointment. Sergey explained refrigerator had most likely lost freon over the years. The unit still seemed to have a good compressor, so the best thing to try was recharging the freon. However, if it didn't hold the freon the best price conscientious thing to do would be buy a new refrigerator. I had Sergey recharge the unit and even though I am late on this review, the unit is still working fine.

It was an excellent experience from my first contact with the company until work was completed. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding along with friendliness. I was given much-needed advice about our washer. He offered this help not knowing if I would use them again. I plan to use them again.

After doing some research online, I decided that I didn't have the tools or the patience to do it myself. Scheduling service was very easy; I left him a message and he called back a few hours later. He quoted me a price based on what I described, and when I showed up, he showed me the same price he had stated on the phone. Sergey called 30 mins before coming, and showed up part in hand. He executed the repair quickly and even let me clean the inside of the washer while he had the cover off. Excellent value, very easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

When our ice maker quit working & the freezer could not keep ice cream frozen, we called Ultimate Service to schedule a service call. We called them because of the great reviews on Angie's List, We talked too Sergio & he assured me that he could work on a Samsung refrigerator. We scheduled an appointment for the next day & he showed up right on time. After he examined our unit, he determined that the excess dust build up may have been preventing the freezer from properly cooling and keeping the ice maker from making ice, He thoroughly cleaned the bottom of the unit and explained in great detail how the dust could have a major effect on the units efficiency. It After he left, I monitored the temperature inside the freezer with a thermometer. For the next 24 hours it stayed at 29 degrees & the ice maker still did not work. I called Sergio back & he told me he would be back the next morning. He was right on time again & took the inside of the freezer apart & found about a 2 inch build up on ice. He explained that the dust build up had clogged the drain tube, which made the water back up & continue to freeze inside under the panels. It took him quite a while with a hair dryer to thaw out the ice. He then reassembled everything and told that it should cool properly & the ice maker should start working withing 24 hours or so. It has been 3 weeks & the ice maker is kicking out ice cubes and the temp is staying where we set it a 2 degrees. Since this was our first repair issue with our Samsung refrigerator, we expected the worst! I will sum it up by saying, if you want an honest, dependable, trustworthy appliance repair company, call Ultimate Service. Sergio is polite, very professional & just a good guy to deal with! I have already told my friends about this company, & highly recommend them to you.

Sergio and Michael showed up to my house when they said they would, got right to work and corrected the issue in less than an hour. It was great that they had the exact part needed on their truck, so the repair could be completed quickly. They did a great job.

I called Sergey based on the reviews here on Angie's List. He called me within 15 minutes of leaving a message. Came out 2 days later to look at the dishwasher. It needed a new part. Part was ordered and he came out a few days after it came in to install. All works as it should now. The timing for the appointments was worked around my schedule. He could have come out sooner, but I was not available to meet him at the house. Very professional and courteous. He even took his shoes off at the door! Have no problem reccomended Sergey to anyone!

1st fixed my dryer, where I was running it twice to dry now it only needs one go around! That in it's self will over time pay in electricity charges for the service call! 2nd Repaired Electrical & replaced outlet. Both were done 100% to my satisfaction. Professional, prompt, and has manners.

They showed up when they said they would, identified the problem and corrected it. Quick, easy and dryer is still working. I would use them again.

We called him this morning, left a message, he called us back within the hour, made an appointment for the afternoon. He showed up a little late, but called to say he had locked his keys in his car and was waiting for help to arrive but would be there within an hour. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was gone within an hour. He was polite, soft spoken, friendly, and personable. (sometimes repair guys can be gruff because they can't get along with people, but I get the sense that Sergio is a people person -- a rare trait in this profession in my oppinion.) Needless to say we were very pleased we didn't have to replace our tried and true washer. He gave us a 30 day guarantee and even offered to help carry boxes out, as he noticed I was moving things when he left. We will definitely call him again. He wasn't creepy and knew what he was doing. thanks so much, Sergio!

I called Sergey at Ultimate Service and he came out the same day. Part was ordered and installed and washer is working great. I will defintely use Ultimate again. Sergey is very nice and knowledgeable and was punctual for both service calls. I feel very confident using this company.

Upon inspection, a faulty part was found inside the unit and replaced. Unfortunately, as only time would tell, this was not the only problem. Ultimate came back to check the unit again and advised me to contact the manufacturer as he did not want to void my warranty by accessing the sealed system (this was a Samsung and they have very few authorized service centers in this area). He refunded my money for everything except the original diagnostic call ($50), even though he had made 3 trips when all was said and done. He did this with no prompting from me, and I believe the part he replaced was part of the problem also. Unfortunately, as it turned out, the bigger problem was in the sealed system which could not be fixed and the manufacturer replaced the refrigerator under warranty. I feel I was treated very fairly by Ultimate Service and would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, I have since recommended him to my son for a washer repair. He was also very happy with his service.

I have had smoke detector batteries replaced, I have seven of them and one of them is 16 feet high. They were very professional. Quality work and low price. The price I would not necessarily say was low. I had a gentleman come last year and left a big puddle of oil on my driveway, so I was not very happy. So, I would pay $20 more and get professional service. They knew what they were doing.

He's very professional, on time. Very knowledgeable person.
