Ultimate Service

Ice maker was beyond repair, but Ultimate Service stopped the leak! I have used Ultimate Service twice. They show up when they say they will and fix the problem. They also give you options before performing work, which is cost saving! I will use them again!

They did so little. It turned out that the problem wasn't that bad. They told me what I needed to do and I did it. They were very, very prompt. They were punctual. They could have done some stuff, but they just told me what I needed to do and I got the part and did it. They didn't charge me for this service.

My washing machine quit spinning and I was debating between buying a new one or having it repaired. I'm a little wary of repairmen as I've had issues with them in the past but I didn't really have the money to throw down on a new one. I decided to give this place a chance and I'm glad I did! He (Sergey, I believe) came out and quickly had it diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. He was extremely nice and courteous (even with my dog bothering him for attention), the price was reasonable, and my washer seems to run even better than it had before it quit working! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any appliance repairs.

Our dishwasher had been sporadically leaking and making loud humming noises. We called Ultimate Service and someone came out within a few days to take a look. I believe it was Mike that came to the house, very nice guy and I felt like he was very thorough. Unfortunately the cost to replace just the parts were in line with a new dishwasher since Black Friday deals were still going on, so we ended up just buying a new dishwasher. But I would definitely recommend using Ultimate Service!

The adjustment was fine. I probably could have done it myself if I had read the owner's manual. However, the ovens are still not working properly. I've checked the temperatures with an oven thermometer and the top one won't get off 400 degrees no matter what I set it on, and the bottom one is set too low now. Food doesn't cook all the way through, but the outside appears to be done. Service provider said he might have to come back out and replace the sensor in the ovens, but we chose to just purchase new ovens. We're trying to sell the house and need to be sure everything is in good working order.

We requested service in the rush after Christmas, but Sergio scheduled us from between 6 and 8; he called to let us know that he was running late but that he would come anyway if it wouldn't be too late for us. He patiently removed the ice buildup on the fan motor so that we could have uninterrupted use of the fridge while we waited for the thermostat to arrive. Before ordering the part on Monday at his office, he called to tell us the price to make sure we wanted it. Although he expected the part to arrive two days later, the company from whom he ordered it did not have one in stock and had to search around to find one. Although this process took far longer than we expected, he kept in touch and once one had been located, he had it shipped overnight. On its arrival, Mike came within the time span we chose, and life in the kitchen has been back to normal. Sergio and Mike were both very professional and very pleasant to deal with. This was the second time we've used Ultimate Service, and we will certainly contact them again when the need arises.

It was very easy to deal with Ultimate Service. This is actually the second time I used Ultimate Service for my appliances. I did not review the first time, but that time went well also. Sergio is excellent about punctuality and he always returns phone calls appropriately. He does exactly what he says he will do and he is very professional, has been very trustworthy.

Based on the symptoms and after disassembling part of the dishwasher, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, though he was willing and able to repair it, he advised that the repair cost exceeded the machine's worth.

Went very smoothly. they had to do some extra work because old oven was smaller, and old electric wires needed replacing. Michael was great explained everything as he went along.

First time they came they fixed the dishwasher but I was unhappy because they wouldn't accept the $15 off coupon I had on my phone. Said it had to be printed out. I emailed with my complaint and they said tech should have taken it and they eventually mailed me a check for $15. The total charge was $136.00. After a few days my dishwasher quit working. I called them back and they came back and then said it needed a different part and that cost me $46 more dollars. They did not charge a second service call. It took me about two weeks to get my dishwasher fixed. Very frustrating. I will NEVER use them again. One time they said they were coming they never showed up.

Mike was very professional, and courteous. He worked quickly and neatly. Explained what he did and told me to call him back if there is a problem with anything he did.

Mike arrived within 45 minutes of his projected 2-hour arrival window. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He completed the job within 30 minutes of his arrival.

When he arrived he listened attentively to what I had to say and did some looking around. then he took the freezer action apart to be able to get to the evaporator fan motor (that I had replaced) and determined that a wire was preventing the fan from spinning and therefore from property circulating air. He did not mind my watching what he was doing and offering suggestions! Once he untangled the wires from the fan blade, the fan started spinning. I has now been 9 hrs since he completed the repair and the freezer is at near zero and the temperature in the fresh food compartment is gradually decreasing. He was professional and when he left, the work area hand been cleaned. Wish all repairmen were like him!

Sergio showed up promptly, gave a by-the-book estimate, jumped right in and got it done. He really knows his stuff.

Sergio was absolutely amazing!!! He was professional and prompt which is very hard to come by these days. I called him on Friday and come out to give me an estimate that day!! My washer was completely repaired and running perfect by the following Wednesday. He had to order parts or I am sure that he would have fixed it that Friday evening!!! But they took care of it quickly and also found a problem with our sewer pump that we were unaware of which was good.
