Description of Work: Removed paper towel that was drawn into downdraft (found a decaying mouse - sorry), fixed and cleaned pinched range downdraft vent (required going into the crawl space), dismantled the oven door so that I could clean between the glass panels (gross). Opened all the panels on a clothes dryer and extracted a pair of tongs that were stuck in the filter compartment (don't ask!). Sergey took it all in stride. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I called Ultimate Service to see if they could repair our trash compactor as well as the top wall oven. They diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts, then came back and made the repairs to both appliances. I appreciate the quick and accurate diagnoses of the problems.

Technician was clean and uniformed and did offer me a lower cost option, but which would not have restored appliance to intended proper operation. | |He tested the washer before leaving and it still works. |

Description of Work: Water was pouring from the bottom of my fridge on a Tuesday morning. I called a couple of places first and they couldn't come until Monday or even Tuesday of the next week, so, I decided to join Angie's list and Ultimate Service was the |first on the list and said they would come that afternoon! They called when they were going to be a little late and returned the next morning with the part to finish the repair. Good job!

Description of Work: I called, they came and said we would need to replace ice maker. They ordered part and within 3 days, they replaced the ice maker. They were very professional and courteous. They called within 30 minutes of their arrival to let us know they were coming. I will certainly use them again if one of my appliances needs repair.

Description of Work: Sergio arrived when he said he was going to and was very professional and knew what he was doing. He quickly fixed the problem with our 1950's oven and saved us from having to buy a new one.
