+ -1 moreTerrible customer service. “One of the owners” who answered the phone is jerk millennial who treated me like I was a idiot and he was doing me a favor by giving me options instead of offering to fix a broken sensor for a reasonable and predictable fee. Was a 15 year customer. Company bought out 3 years ago. Don’t do business with them

+ -1 moreBill Turner and his crew did an outstanding job with a retrofit of an existing builder's system from 2008. They charged me exactly the pre-agreed upon price from their estimate, despite more work and an additional device. They also taught me some things about my new house that they spotted during the installation. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Replaced to out-of-date security panels, tested all circuits, add one door and two motion devices.

+ -1 moreTurner was always responsibe when I needed to make changes to my system access due to staffing changes. Always curteous and very welll priced.
Description of Work: The provided the monitoring service on my very old alarm system at the Curves on Hwy 58 for the 5 years it was open. some of the employees lived in the area and would drive by everday on their way to work. I was broken into once and the monitoring company called me while the individual was still in my store and was telling me exactly what alarms were being triggered. The thief was in and out in two minutes and only managed to steal my petty cash. I was able to tell by the blow by blow they were giving me that my music and fitness equipment was not being stolen.
