Description of Work: It was a few years back and my husband and I comtemplated selling our house. Mr. Pennington was our agent. While he was very professional, friendly, I felt honest with us, after six months when we had to renew contract, we decided to wait as the housing market took a dive so we held out and not renew. Our reason were economics. If we do decide to try to sell again, would consider Mr. Pennington.

+ -1 moreMr. Pennington was easy to work with and flexible with hours. He was good for someone like us who were out of town. And he is very patient with the seller who was difficult to work with. He had good people lined up to do the home inspection. And all paperwork was on time even when we had to switch lenders, he kept the process flowing.
Description of Work: I used Mr. Pennington for our real estate agent in the purchase of my house.
