They just could not get all the silicone off and spread it around trying to clean the windows...so Trushine had a job getting all that off plus the dirt accumulation. We have used them before and we had been pleased...but they did such a superb job on our new windows. It looks like the windows are not even there. They are meticulous, professional, polite and punctual. We highly recommend them.

 + 1 moreBrandt showed up promptly to provide an estimate and talk about a possible schedule. He and his team showed up on June 6, on time, and began to power-wash the wood siding on the house and gutters, and clean the interior of the windows in the house. Every one of them is polite, professional, and efficient. And they're all dressed in clean True Shine T-shirts. They finished all of the windows, inside and out - with storm windows - and security doors by the afternoon of June 7. True Shine did an outstanding job on everything. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

 + -1 moreThey didn't use power equipment. They did it all with hand tools. They were very good. They used rags but it wasn't bad chemicals. The windows had no streaks. They took the dirt off. The windows look great.

Description of Work: Fabulous group of young people arrived on time. They were mindful of our home and set up carefully. They invited me to check their work and see if I was happy, and cheerfully reworked a spot that I could see from the angle I was at that they could not see. Will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: Careful washing of aluminum siding, cleaning a section of roof with moss growth in a shaded location, checking downspouts. They did excellent, timely, and efficient work at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them for similar services in the Chattanooga area, and I expect that their window washing is of equally high quality. It is difficult these days to find a service provider of this quality.

Description of Work: Two young men arrived on time and confirmed the work which I had requested. Interior and exterior windows were cleaned , including some high windows on the upper level. Guttering on one side of the house was cleaned. I have used this company before and I am pleased with their work and their courteous workers. This company has been in business for several years and provide reliable service and great window cleaning.

 + -1 moreTrue Shine was already working on the house when I got home from work! The gentleman took his time to ensure that the work was done correctly. He also allowed me to walk the house with him after the work was complete in case I had questions about anything. I had a repairman working at the house that same day who said that the house looked so clean, that it looked like we actually painted the outside! I was so pleased with the work, and the price! These folks actually have uniforms and a company vehicle so it's looks like a legitimate business, instead of some guy and a truck. The fella doing doing the work was very knowledgable and answered all mu question thoroughly and with confidence. I would highly recommend them.

They sent two workers to do the job and they worked well together. One was outside and one was inside. They did a very very good job. I am definitely going to use them again.

Description of Work: TrueShine Window Washers owner Brandt Sykes and his assistant Hunter did an outstanding job on the gutter cleaning, power washing, and window cleaning of our home.The before and after difference of our home is clearly noticable. My experience was that they went beyond just doing the required work and alerted us to other issues with our home. They were extremely professional and polite. I had noticed them in the neighborhood on another job and stopped to speak with them. Brandt came over to our home that day to give us an estimate and was able to begin work on our home that day. Not only did he clean the gutters and downspouts, he also cleaned all the debris from the roof. The power washing and windows were done within the week and all done with care. I am very happy with the quality of the work and will definitely call him again in the future.
