I dropped the car off that morning and it was ready the same day.
Description of Work: I had a remote car starter installed. I made my decision to use them, because he showed me how to eject a music CD from my player by simply unhooking my car battery....and they didn't charge me for it. That's great customer service!

Went in on Friday to get an estimate for installing audio. The estimate was high compared to other shops, but I arranged to have stereo installed the following morning. When I arrived the next morning, I was told they could not perform the install because they had too many other vehicles that were ahead of me. I arrived five minutes after they opened. No attempt to make things right. Waste of time and money, very unprofessional business. Wouldn't recommend. Had another shop do the installation...better price, better service.

All went well. I will use this shop in the future and recommend it without reservations.
Description of Work: Repaired and reinstalled CD Changer in my 2002 Lexus LS430 Mark Levinson Audio System. Also, removed the obsolete car phone system from the car. The unit was left with the Radio Clinic on 9/4/2011 to be sent to a repair facility and return. The unit was repaired and received back in only 7 days. The unit had been left with another shop for 4 weeks only to have it returned not repaired, with a recommendation replacement @ some $1400. The Radio Clinic in Chattanooga did an excellent job in a professional manner without unnecessary delay and excuses.
