They come out and get right to work. They leave a handwritten detailed note for each visit. We are very satisfied for their services.

They are fair on their price. I think it is reasonable. We are okay with their price. We really like them. We pay $700 a year for a yearly contract and they come out about seven or eight times a year.

This company sends an annual letter offering a prepay discount. What they do not include in the letter is that if you take advantage of the prepay discount and cancel the service early you do not get the discount for the completed services. Turns out that their discount is applied to the last treatment of the season. The right thing to do is to fully inform customers when the initial letter goes out making the offer. They failed to respond in a timely fashion to a problem. When I decided to cancel service someone was at my door immediately.

I have used them for 3 years and my lawn looks fantastic. They spray 7 times a year and I just had them add treatments for my trees and shrubs. The treatments feed, weed and insect control and they really work. I also had them come out and prune my trees this year this year. they are so nice. My neighbors asked who I use and I told them so several ones are using them now. In the fall they also re-seed and aerate the lawn. I will definitely keep on using them.

They do a good job, and it is of high quality. The price is the reason I would recommend them. The price is a good deal.

We are on an annual contract.....which saves us money and we only write one check per year. A great feature. WE HAVE GONE THRU 4 PROVIDERS BEFORE FINDING THEM. Our lawn is thick and healthy now. Our neighbors compliment our lawn all the time!

RESEEDED areas of my front yard that the previous landscaper did not adequately do. THE GRASS IS GREENER was sent by the previous landscaper and they have been wonderful. Grass is coming up and they killed off several weeds. Hopefully, will have a beautiful lawn come spring time.

The first application was applied and consisted of a weed killer and fertilizer. There was no marked improvement in the appearance of the lawn, but it was still early in the year and the grass was not growing yet. The second and third treatments were applied without any improvement. The fourth (and last treatment) actually made the lawn look worse than it did before we started having the company treat the lawn. My front yard had a large area where the grass had been killed and only weeds were growing. When my wife called to complain about the appearance of the yard after the third treatment, the individual that answered the call laughed about it and said he would have someone look at it. As far as we could tell no one looked at the yard. During the fourth treatment, my wife spoke with the individual putting down the treatment and he agreed that the yard was not looking good. He stated the owner would be notified. After the fourth treatment, we called again and told the individual (the owner) that we were dissatisfied with the service and were canceling the service. The only thing the owner stated was that we still owed him for the fourth treatment he did not offer to retreat or to look at the yard himself to see what could be done.

They are on time, professional, reasonably priced, and reliable. Ultimately, I think their service is great.

They replaced our yard with new sod

We pay them $75 a month and I like the price a lot. There are some things that I’ve talked to them about doing differently and they have been fairly responsive.
