I am always pleased with the service I receive from The Daily Flower. I work around the corner from their location (Suntrust Building)So I find myself walking by the shop frequently. I have worked with both Amy and Krista and I find them fun and inviting! The first trip to the shop was to get a sample arrangment of the colors I plan to use for my upcoming wedding. They asked me upfront how much money I was looking to spend and created a beautiful arrangement in the color palet I was looking for. My next trip I wondered by on lunch and came back with vibrant arrangement that lasted a full week.By my thrid trip in there both ladies who worked in the store remember my name and wedding date and are always happy to make me a nice arrangment based: Colors, flowers or wwhatever I am willing to spend that day. This has now become a weekly trip for me, I love having whimsy arrangments around as well as a fantastic arroma! I think the vessels they have avalible to are better than your average vase they aree cute and quirky and I love that I can bring my own if I want to save a few bucks. I even keep a mason jar on my desk at work for when the mood strikes me. I am excited to work with this shop in the months leading up to my wedding, and likely for a long time after! -Also, their BYOB floral workshops sound like a blast! I plan to check the next one out!

The owner heard my SAME complaint last year (and the year before) at Valentine's and refunded my purchase as well as sent a second bouquet that was finally correct. I am still waiting to hear from the owner this year. The manager of TDF told me "maybe I shouldn't order from them anymore"...what a great way to build a business!
Description of Work: I specifically ordered an arrangement of gerberas and purple highlights (i.e., lavender) for Valentine's Day this year. My wife sent a picture of the flowers received, which included NO gerberas and NO purple. This is the 3rd year in a row that TDF has failed to fulfill my very specific instructions on a Valentine flower arrangement. In addition, the parent company (Humphrey's) failed to deliver a bouquet as we paid for our wedding. This will be the last time I do business with any Humphrey's related company.
