Tanslee Outdoor Power Equipment

Avoid the Odes side by side machines sold by Tanslee at all cost. My wife and I purchased an Odes Dominator 800 about a month ago. On the 3rd ride the machine’s radiator blew out drenching my 8 month old son, wife, and two year old son in radiator fluid. It took Tanslee almost 3 weeks to repair the machine. They found the issue to be a manufacturer defect and repaired several more issues. (The Company has refused to provide me with a detailed list of items repaired after 3 documented requests). Tanslee also refused to cover the 1st $200 tow bill. The same day the repaired unit was brought to my home, I took my family for a ride. Oil pressure light illuminated, the unit begins to smoke and the engine shuts off. (The first day back). Tanslee covered the tow bill on this incident. They reported that the oil lines were defective and every line on the machine needed to be replaced. (Granted I have an inspection form from Tanslee stating that they checked these lines before sending the unit back to me). The third try was not any better. The unit oil pressure light now illuminated and temp light engages after about 30 minutes of use. I have let the dealer know about these issues and have not had a response. I have requested a refund for the defective product. Tanslee has simply ignored this request... literally ignored. (Even thought the owner said he understood why I would not want the machine anymore after sending my wife, 8 month old, and two year old walking home after just having the machine in the shop for the other defective issues). I now am having to resort in utilizing an attorney to file a suit against Tanslee and complaints with the state and federal department of consumer affairs. Buyers Beware - seriously.

I needed a new lawn mower, and after doing some research online of mowers and their ability to handle inclines and narrow turns came to realize I needed an AWD mower, and fell in love with the Husqvarna Rider 322T AWD Lawn Mower, both unique in design and performance. In searching for it, I looked initially for Husqvarna Dealers around Chattanooga. After reading available reviews off Google, I was impressed by the almost all positive reviews for Tanslee Outdoor Power Equipment. They are relatively new to the area but got my attention. I went there and spoke with Patrick, who was very friendly. I had all the information about the specific mower I wanted and accessories. It is a high-end mower, and they did not have it on site but were able to order it for me. It was on back order so took awhile to get it in, but I was in no hurry. As it turned out, the first one delivered had been damaged in transit, and they caught this and returned it for an undamaged one. When it finally got in and passed their inspection, all that remained was the delivery of it to my house. They were having an issue with their delivery truck, so arranged for a local towing service to have it delivered, which they did right to my front door. I am very satisfied with both the mower and the service, and can highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for scheduled maintenance of my new Husqvarna mower. An additional comment: They sold me both the mower and accessories (a trailer) for less than the mower listed alone at the MSRP online.
