Superior Shine

Overall I'm pleased with the results. I felt the it was a little pricey, but I must admit my roof looks great. Everything went smooth as silk. Amber was great!

They did great job and are coming tomorrow to do a friends house where I recommended them.

Very professional and affable to work with! I first contacted Superior Shine thru Angie?s List. David promptly came at appointed time and gave an estimate to clean all windows, sliding door & front door. We had 4 picture windows that had gathered moisture within the double-pane and looked foggy. David mentioned that this is a common phenomenon as double paned picture windows age and that he will clean the windows but the moisture being inside will still look foggy. Indeed these were old windows. So I told him that I will think over and consider alternatives. I decided to replace the picture window glasses - again contacting thru Angie?s list and very satisfied with the newly found Glass replacement company (Chattanooga Premier Glass). I then contacted Superior Shine & mentioned that 4 picture windows have been replaced & that they do not need to be cleaned. So I got a revised quote with reduced price. David and Karen worked meticulously on cleaning all windows & they did an excellent job. The thing that impressed my wife and myself is that they on their own volition, cleaned many other items that were not part of the contract. As an example my wife noticed that all bathroom mirrors were thoroughly cleaned, garage door glasses, even the new picture windows were cleaned as there were a few spots. They really took pride on their work and did these extra work as they felt the house will look better with all glasses looking cleaned and shiny! I highly recommend them.

After Superior Shine left my home, I spent hours just admiring my new crystal clear windows and chandelier. David and Karen painstakingly cleaned each window unit including not only the glass but the window sill, frame and screen using purified water with a soft bristle brush. They were exceedingly respectful, trustworthy and hard working professionals. As I was writing the check I even thought it hardly seemed enough for the value of the job. This company is the benchmark for customer service. I look forward to more years of doing business with Superior Shine. They are simply the best!

Superior Shine was very professional, responsive and did a great job. The neighbors thought I had repainted the house instead of just having it washed. They even washed some of the windows just to be nice!

Another company that doesn't say "that's good enough". They treated my home and me with respect. My windows are so clean it looks like the glass was removed. I will be calling them again and again, not just for the quality work, but for the delightful people who did the work.

Excellent. This is the second time I have used them . Their prior service included interior windows we as well. They are highly professional- windows are beautifully clean and their serve is polite, punctual and exceeded expectation. They are slightly more expensive than their competition, and worth it.

Mike showed up right on time and spent about 8 hours working his tail off. The house looks wonderful and we are very pleased with a job well done.

This was a great experience and well spent money. The house looked brand new. At first I thought it was a little pricey but it was worth every penny. They are very hard working people and great to have working in your home. Little extra surprise services were done that I really appreciate. I am telling all my friends .

They were on time, courteous, professional and determined to do the best quality job. The chandelier was beautiful and the gutters are clean. When they came out of the estimate, they told me a size bulbs to buy. I bought the bulbs and when they began cleaning they discovered that it was the wrong kind of bulb. Luckily, I also had the right type of bulbs. They insisted on reimbursing me for the wrong bulbs. Top notch customer service. I would recommend them and use them again.

The entire experience with Superior Shine was fantastic. I received an online estimate for the services I needed through the Superior Shine website (which is simple to use), and David contacted me by phone within an hour of getting the online estimate. I mentioned to David that I would like to use the 10% Angie's List coupon for the services, and the 10% discount was applied to the total with no problems. David arrived at the communicated time, and he spent a few hours cleaning the exterior of my new house and also cleaning out leaves from the gutters and washing them. My new house has been vacant for several months, so the exterior of the house really needed some extra attention to remove numerous spiderwebs and dirt dobber nests. The gutters also needed to be cleaned out, as they were packed with leaves from last Fall and this Fall. I am extremely pleased that my house looks 100% better after the washing that David gave it, and the gutters now function as they should (they are no longer backed up with leaves). David was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional (communication was great and he showed up on time), and he was also a kind and friendly person that I enjoyed talking to. Both my fiance and I chatted with him for several minutes after he was done with the cleaning, and he gave us a few tips about gutter-guards and how we can clean our front deck. Both my fiance and I were very impressed with the services, and if we need any additional services that Superior Shine provides in the future (driveway/sidewalk pressure washing, roof washing), there is no doubt in my mind that Superior Shine will be the 1st business we contact.

If you can find a more professional, courteous, responsive service provider in Chattanooga, please let me know. David and his crew are literally the best at what they do. Not only are their services spot on and very reasonable, but they really seem to love what they do. They are responsive, timely and courteous. If they are disrupted due to weather or job emergency, they call in advance and stay in touch. They show up when they say they will and they do the work that they say they'll do. If I am ever able to retire, this is one business that I will not try to compete with because David and his team are simply the best and I can highly recommend them to Angies List members as I already recommend them to our friends and family.

In a word ... great! We have mega numbers of pella windows with blinds between the glass panes. The windows and blinds were cleaned to perfection inside, outside and in between.. The second and third-story skylights (with blinds) were just as detailed. Sun Room (over sized windows), transoms and trapezoids just sparkle. All window tracks were vacuumed and cleaned and all screens completely washed down. If you're looking for integrity and professionalism, you need look no further than David, Karen and Michael. They take all the pride in their work that anyone could ask for. They've certainly brightened our home for the holidays and, without question, will ask them to help us out again when ready for that squeaky clean shine:-) So glad we found them on Angie's list.

Let me begin by saying that I had never heard of Superior Shine, didn't know anyone who had used their services, nor did I know any of their employees. I make that disclosure just so anyone reading this review will know that my comments are factual and totally unbiased. This company is appropriately named, they are SUPERIOR!! David, the owner, set up an appointment to provide an estimate quickly and arrived promptly on time for that meeting. He provided all the information I needed, answered all my questions with absolutely no pressure to make an on the spot decision. I felt comfortable with him, felt his quoted price was very fair for the services I was requesting and scheduled a date for the work. I had to re-schedule the work because of my schedule and he was most accommodating. The temperature on the morning of the services was 25 degrees, not great for outside work, but they arrived on time and started work right away. Hats of to Mike who did the outside cleaning of windows, driveway, gutters and overhangs with precision and a great attitude! Karen did the inside work and I've never seen anyone with more attention to every little detail and pleasant attitude. She offered to do some extra things she noticed (not in the contract) that made a great difference in the end result. When have you ever had anyone offer to do extra things out of the goodness of their heart?? I truly enjoyed spending the day with her and appreciate her hard work and desire to make everything look so good. When they finished, it looked as if I had a new home. The outside work made everything look as if it had been freshly painted. I am a small business owner myself and I can truly say the work, the service and the experience could not have been better!! I want to thank David, Karen and Mike for the great job and their kindness. I want to thank Angie's List for providing a forum where you can feel comfortable hiring a great company like Superior Shine, and MOST OF ALL, I want to thank the other company I called twice for not returning my calls prompting me to look further and find the BEST COMPANY to provide the service !!

Excellent job. 2nd time we've had them out. Couldn't ask for better service or quality of work. Will bring them back next year... or maybe earlier if I decide to get my driveway pressure washed!

Came on time and got to work immediately. Very professional and worked fast. Pleasant to visit with, but maintained pace. Finished sooner than I expected. Accepted credit card and directed me to their website to pay. Will definately call them again.

It went extremely well. David is a true professional, and I can't say enough good about the excellent job that he and his team did for us. It had been years since the last time that we had the windows cleaned, and after getting them done, I asked myself why it took me so long. Everyone that has come in the house has commented on how bright and light the house looks. Someone even said" that it looked as if there was no glass in the windows, like you were outside." I recommend them, highly, and will definitely plan to use them again, on a regular basis, They were punctual, efficient, and very considerate. They were so quiet that you wouldn't know that anyone was in the house. I give them an A+++.
