Description of Work: I needed the interior of my rental property painted. I also needed some ceiling repair in this unit. It was discovered that the ceiling had a structural problem so the builder was contacted about it.

 + -1 moreUnfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the scope of work. I wanted the junk hauled off and he claimed I didn't mention that when we first discussed the job. I offered additional money for the removal but he refused the money, took the junk, and told me to never call him again.
Description of Work: Cleaned junk from the crawlspace and put down plastic moisture barrier.

Description of Work: I had two outbuildings that were damaged during the tornadoes this year. I had two roofs that were damaged. I found Mr. Mays on Angie's List. He was prompt about calling me back. He came out promptly to give me a estimate. He was respectful and responsive to my concerns and gave me a good estimate. He did the work when he said he would and I am very happy with his quality of work. He also did some extra painting on car port roofs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
