+ -1 moreThey always do a good job. In fact we had a partial 4.09 to 4.13. We don’t remember exactly when that was. So we’ve done some business with them and they’ve always done a great job. We’ve used them probably for the last couple of years.

+ -1 moreOnce I called Mr. Stan to tell him our choice to use his company, he made me aware of some of the local rebate programs I could participate in as well. He & his crew were wonderful when it came to installing the system. They were punctual, professional, and very helpful in every aspect of the process. I would "highly" recommend this company. As a matter of fact, my husband & I plan to utilize Mr. Stan and his company for all of our future heating/AC needs. We will also recommend them to all of our friends. If you want someone you can trust and place your faith in to take personal care of your home, then give Mr. Stan a call!!!
Description of Work: Our old heating system broke down after many years of service. My husband & I called several companies to come and give us quotes. Of the several different companies that I called, Stan Miller was the first individual that came without intentions to "sell me" his business. He came to "educate us" about different systems so that we could make an educated choice of our own. Even when I would get another companies quote, if they mentioned something I did not understand, I would call him and ask him about that particular point of operation and he would explain to me what the differences were. He was always professional, courteous, and more than willing to help. When he did submit his quote, he gave us the most reasonable quote, including options for not only our furnace system but our AC system as well. Our AC was still functional but was still several years old. He helped us to understand the benefits functionally and financially as to why it would be more feasible to do both at the same time. We made the choice to do both.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional throughout the project, letting us know in detail of the things they were doing and why. They kept us informed throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. We love that our home is comfortable! This was all part of finishing out our basement. Now the downstairs is comfortable too. We did this through VEC and TVA through the loan program that allows you to replace your existing unit and pay back the loan by adding an additional ammount on your electric bill. I doubt we would have been diligent enough to save up that much to replace the unit (which needed replacement even though it was still working, as it was not keeping our home comfortable).
Description of Work: Replacement of our HVAC system to include a new duct for the downstairs addition, and a zoned system to run upstairs and downstairs seperately from the same unit. Also had new insulation blown in attic and upgraded our electric service and panel to 200 amp (which is perfect for finishing out the basement!).
