 + -1 moreThese are two very knowledgeable and professional people who clearly know their business. They graciously came out and talked to me for an hour about the house. I really wish that I had found them prior to spending 6 months on the cycle of lowering the price. If your home sale has any challenge: wrong time of year (we listed in July), funky location (on a busy street), dated kitchen, bad lot, etc., I would definitely recommend investing in staging from the beginning. I thought that their quote was very reasonable. My husband wanted to try 30 more days with a new realtor before making the investment and - hallelujah - it sold, but I otherwise would have contracted with them. I really wish that we had from the beginning.
Description of Work: Our home, in a very desirable neighborhood, had languished on the market for over 6 months. I asked Carol Ann and Julie for an estimate for staging.

 + -1 moreExtremely well. They were very easy to work with and stayed within the budget given to them. The house looked beautiful and was sold in less than three weeks. I would highly recommend their services to potential sellers or anyone who wants to improve the look and feel of their home.
Description of Work: Rearranged furniture, hung pictures, brought in rugs, curtains and various accessories to enhance the look of the house for realtor's photos and client walk-throughs.

 + -1 moreShe was great! She is professional, compassionate and a fast worker. She arrived when she said she would and was open to all comments and suggestions from our family. I would use her again. Our family was exhausted and weighed down with the details of moving our elderly father from his home into an assisted living facility. We just didn't have the creative energy to do the decorative touches to his new room to make him feel most comfortable. Staged to Sell was a breath of fresh air.
Description of Work: Redecorated and reorganized my father's small living area at the assisted living facility. She created a homey and familiar environment to help him feel comfortable in his new living quarters. She toured his house and selected items to take to the assisted living facility. She arranged his new living area to meet his aging needs and trigger his memories.

 + -1 moreMy experience with Staged to Sell was awesome!! I was amazed at the transformation of my home. She made every room look bigger, better and more put together. My home sold for asking price within 2 weeks of being on the market!! I have recommended her to another friend of mine recently and her home sold in less than 30 days! After my wonderful experience with Carol Ann and Julie I have asked them to now help me with decorating my new home. We are currently working together on this next endeavor and I am excited to see what she has in store! Description of Work: My original experience with Staged to Sell was in September 2011. I was living in Soddy Daisy,TN and was going to put my house on the market. I contacted Carol Ann Wolf with Staged to Sell. She and her business partner, Julie, helped to de clutter, re arrange, organize and decorate my home in order to get it ready to sell. I provided her with a budget on how much I was willing to spend on purchasing items to help stage my home. Carol Ann was not only able to shop around and get amazing deals, she also re purposed my existing items which saved me a considerable amount of money!
