 + -1 moreWhen I lived in Chattanooga I worked out here almost everyday. The staff was as friendly as can be, and the classes offered were very rigorous. I especially liked the kettle bell classes! Some of the equipment is a bit old, but overall it's a great gym.
Description of Work: Exercised here daily. Very good experience.

 + -1 moreThey are one of the popular gym for the older folks but they have some young ones as well. They have almost everything you need, like spin class, bikes, weights and yoga class.
