Everything was fine. The only issue I have is that they didn’t honor the coupon we had on them from Angie’s List. That coupon was 200.00 off a complete system installation which is what they did. The only stipulation on the coupon was that you must mention Angie’s List to get the discount off which I did as well. They stated they could not honor the coupon because I didn’t let them know on the first call. I had let them know once we figured out which system we wanted installed.

After dealing with two other horrendous companies, Southeast Air finally turned out to be a great choice. They came exactly when they said they would and were able to give me a quote and install the line in the same day. Mike Morgan, the technician who helped me, was extremely nice and informative and did a great job.

I met with the owner, Clay, at my home. I told him I was interested in a Trane unit. He said he had a good deal on Trane units. He then told me Trane had a rebate I could get in addition to the Federal Tax Credit in addition to a credit offered by the local power company. We added up the three credits/rebates and it came to $1,100. He said he would help me with thr rebate and the power comany credit. The installers showed up when they were supposed to and were curtious and professional. After the installation I attempted to contact Clay several times to get the ball rolling on the rebate. He did not return several emails until I called his office and asked his staff to have him contact me. It turned out the rebate was not a rebate at all but instead just a reference to the Federal Tax Credit. I had already used my tax credit from a purchase years earlier so I ended up only qualifying for the power comany credit. I feel like I was mislead on the rebate in order to close the sale. My advice is to trust but verify any incentives you get from this company, which I should have done.

It did not go well. I have a problem with mold in my air ducts, and the provider indicated that he was willing and able to address the problem for me. It took a long time to finally get a quote, and then after the quote was accepted, there was no communication from the provider in regards to performing the service. My impression was that he must have decided that he just did not want to do the job. If that was the case, I do wish that he had just communicated that to me so that I could search elsewhere for help with the issue. Because of the lack of considerate communication, I cancelled the contract and sought help from another provider.

I was please with the service,however I was not happy with the office lady (Cindy Phillips) there was some prices that she quote me on the phone concerning lbs of freon was highter cost when the service guy finish his job.When I call Ms. phillips and try to ask questions about the difference on price. She would not let me finish my question and would talk over me and was very loud over the phone. I thought she was rude and very unprofessional. She kept saying ,"I thought they were ripping me off and all I wanted was answere to why the different in price. I do want to say the service guy they sent out to my house was very professional and very nice.

They got very good pricing and worked with me in terms of scheduling. Their price was very good and they beat everything else by almost $500. They were very fast, but wasn't that responsive. I needed to call them couple of times to get scheduled, but it wasn't that bad.

He was extremely professional and courteous. I received the estimate within a day. The price was very reasonable. The heat of the summer was just getting ready to start and so was his busy season. I have a dual fuel system. My air is so good that it almost freezes me out so I decided to leave well enough alone and install the furnace during the slow season this fall. I definitely plan on calling him.

The entire experience was wonderful. It is very difficult to be a single woman in this world and not be taken advantage of with unnecessary charges tact on based on the inexperience of their customer. Southeast Air was nothing like the three other companies I dealt with before. Danny was very prompt and let me know every step of the way what he and his crew were doing. They replaced my heating and air unit within just a few hours. They quoted me high, but the final expense was much less. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Old unit was over 10 years old, was not heating very good and power bills were getting higher each month. With summer heat coming we decided to bite the bullet and put in new unit. I heard from Trane was very good and stands behind their products.We are totally pleased with the unit and Southeast Air.

The technician was on time and seemed to do a thorough and systematic check of the heat pump/AC systems at our house. The price paid covers 2 units twice a year.

About a week before Christmas we started experiencing lack of heat in the house with our unit making strange noises. It was in the afternoon and getting a lot colder. I called for someone to come out and check the unit. It was about 5:00 P.M. when they arrived. We were told out unit was going out and it was straining to give just a little heat which was very costly as it pulled a lot of electricity to even run. They worked up what was the best option for us after measuring our house and seeing what unit would be the best for, Pricing was great compared to quotes I received the next day. We paid a little more for a quality unit versus one that quoted to just be a low bidder not too concerned with our needs. Since the installation which was within two days of calling them which I delayed a day, to get other pricing, they have been back to check out the work and the owner even came out to check it out.

We have two separate systems, one upstairs and one downstairs. The person who came out to give the estimate seemed like a really nice person. It instilled a lot of confidence in me. I called them at around 4 or 5 in the afternoon and he was willing to come out the same day and look at it. A lot of times even if we get somebody it would be a receptionist or a service that answers the phone at that time. Then it would be a day or two before they even call back. I felt the quality of their work was just as good as any of the others. Their estimate was actually the lowest too. There was one time when they had come late, but at least they had called and kept us informed.

Very, very well. The work they did was quality work and on the agreed upon time schedule. ALL personnel, including the owner were quite personable and helpful. No problems encountered whatsoever. Obviously, their system design was excellent. I highly recommend them!
