They are easy to schedule with them. If they don't answer the phone right away, they always call back within 24 hours. They usually have a flexible schedule so we are usually scheduled within 3-5 days. The prices are good enough to keep me coming back.

The technician started well, putting booties over his work boots before entering our home. Things got better. Not only did the technician Kenny service the unit we wanted serviced, he obtained estimates to replace the unit that is down. This, after verifying the down unit was beyond repair, his report matching other reports almost word for word. Service on the working unit was end to end, top to bottom. Every good point and some bad points were explained in easy to understand language. Options were clear. No pressure was evident. Before obtaining quotes on the nonworking unit, Kenny verified it was toast. He did it quickly, explaining what and why. That he took the time to verify the unit could not be repaired cost-effectively surprised me - and impressed me. Better than that, Service Heating and Air quotes to replace the unit are "turnkey" (include taxes and the concrete pad) and quotes for three top rated brands are significantly lower than four other A-rated competitors on Angie's list. We now plan to have Service Heating and Air install the new unit. When complete, that will be a separate review.

We heard noises coming from the floor vents in our home and our pets were setting up vigils at several of the vents. Service H&A came out and found that rats had eaten through the flexible ductwork in the crawlspace. They made temporary patches and I waited for an estimate to replace the ductwork. I was able to trap five Norway rats in the interim and we were fortunate that none were "trapped" in the patched-up ductwork. When I received the estimate, I chose to go with the sheet metal ductwork rather than just replace the flexible ductwork, to prevent future incursions. It took the technicians two full days to complete the job. (Our crawlspace is not the best work environment as most of it is definitely "crawl".) They were very professional and avoided tracking debris into the house. They removed all the old ductwork and cleaned up everything. They returned a few days later to seal openings in the foundation created by the new ductwork installation. We will definitely use Service H&A again. We've used them annually for inspections on the heat/air unit we purchased from them 11 years ago. I did receive other estimates but went with the company whose work we were familiar with and trusted.

Technician spent about an hour checking and cleaning. One part had to be replaced. This was not a surprise because the last time that I had the unit serviced was nine years ago. Excellent job. Many thanks.

Due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, the installation needed to be delayed several times. Lenny was great about staying in touch until it could be taken care of! I actually won the thermostat from a Facebook drawing, and am SO grateful! The guys who came out to install were courteous, professional, and very thorough. They made sure I knew how everything worked & that I was comfortable with it before they left. Definitely keeping this company in mind for future HVAC needs!

It was very good. We probably spent $300 with them, included the big deal. They seemed fairly honest because he told us the cost of fixing it versus replacing the free-on and the damage that we'll have so he was pretty up front. He was also very quick and efficient.

I have an older unit so I didn't feel like I was being pressured into a sale. And everything went fine and I appreciated the fact that replacing this part would extend the life of my unit. The technician Nate discussed everything in detail and made sure everything was my choice.

The technician came within the time window that was planned. He called to let me know that he was on his way. He was very nice and professional. He said that I needed some freon and asked if I wanted him to add it, which I agreed to. I had purchased a big deal for $55 and there was an $89 charge for the freon. So the total was $144. I will definitely use them again.

They came on time, cleaned the coils and inspected the system for potential problems. After finishing the technician came in and asked if I had any questions. What I am particularly pleased about though, was the technician wore booties when enter our home, a small but appreciated act.

It turned out fine. They were very efficient with the work. They were here when they said they would be. They had a problem and fixed that quickly. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. They were very honest about the fact that they had made an error with the installation. They put the wrong freon in the system and a technician came out to take care of that. He had a problem with a new tool that had not been calibrated and there was another error that took place because of that but they took care of everything quickly and I was very satisfied with the work. They were very nice to work with and I would highly recommend them.

They came right when the said the would, install humidifier on furnance and did it for the price they quoted. They were very professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the crew in the way they performed. They took the time to explain how the system worked. They noticed that there was a smell in the furnance room so they put a trap in the water drain line to prevent any smells from coming up through the water drain line. The humidifier works great. We enjoyed this company and the experience we had with them. Will use them again.
