Description of Work: I went in to get my diamond ring appraised, but only if they agreed to check the platinum points and fortify and or tighten them as needed. The man was cool but seemed professional. Perhaps I did not appear wealthy enough or did not have any other jewelry on, but he put on his eyepiece, looked at the prongs on the ring and declared that they were just fine. |I left, a little confused b/c it had been about five years since the last maintenance. |I later went to Markham where they not only built up and tightened the prongs, they also appraised the ring for ($15,000 approx.). |Anyway, I did not get the feeling they wanted to do business with me, so I would not go back.

Description of Work: My wedding set is a delicate family heirloom that's over 100 years old, and it was in need of some general repair (tips and prongs). I was very concerned about which jeweler to use but chose Rone Regency based on the few reviews I could find. They were so professional, did a great job with my ring and returned it right on time. I'll definitely be back in 6 months to have my ring checked again!

 + -1 moreThe salesperson was very helpful. I told her it was a graduation gift and she spent a good amount of time showing me the various beads and making suggestions. She knew I wasn't spending a huge amount of money, yet never rushed me or walked off to find another customer. She also made it clear the recipient could come in and exchange any of the beads if they were not to her liking. Not a problem- she loved the bracelet.

 + -1 moreWe have used Rone Regency for all of our jewelry needs for the last 18 years. Bob Mason and his team are the best I have ever dealt with. Don't go to one of those mall places unless you want low quality with high price. Bob will over fair price for high quality and service.

 + -1 moreBobby Mason and staff are awesome. They have a great selection and if they don't have it, they will find it. The new store is beautiful. Prices are as good as any jeweler:) If you don't want quality jewelry, go to a mall store. You get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Bought my daughter diamond earrings. I actually used the large Rone-Regency on Gunbarrel. I have also used them for all of my jewelry needs for the last 20 years.
