Rob was very helpful in helping with picking out paint colors, and, letting me know how dark, or, bright they would look with the natural light on the room. He used some unused paint that he had on hand to prime coat some of the rooms, thus saving me money. They repainted when I chose a color that I later didn't like, with a minimum of eye rolling. Lol The workers cleaned up after themselves everyday. They did excellent Sheetrock repair, and, Rob is an excellent detail painter -- no taping needed!

I bought the Angie's list Big Deal for 4 hours of handyman work. They only wanted to honor this deal if they could up-sell it into a project. Any of the household repairs I suggested were "too much" for the four hour time span, including patching some popcorn ceiling and repairing some moldings. Then they didn't call return repeated calls, then left a message saying they'd closed for the season. They said they would refund my money and they did.

Went well. Andrew was the best communicator and very responsive. Was initially had some problems with schedule but cleared quickly. Good quality work.

They did an excellent job. My wife and I were away for some of the time they were painting. I saw a couple of spots that needed a touch-up and they came back and did that promptly. I bought the paint using there contract number with the paint company.

Although my husband and I were here and watched them try really hard to located the bangning pipe, the pipes still seem to bang a lot. (My husband later did some further padding of pipes outside the wall near the hot water heater and that seemed to help a little) The drywall repair was fine, but the paint job , left to a helper, had to be redone. The attempt to fix the gap in the double doors by thick weatherstripping and lifting one door only made it impossible to open and close the door . In order to open the door, my husband had to rip off most of the foam weatherstripping and to lock it again, he has to use something to lift the one door enough to get the lock to line up with the latch . We now believe that the cause is settling of the house and we will need new doors and new framing. It would have been better if we had just been told "this is not fixable" instead of the attempt that cost us over $200 and made things worse Andrew was not present at this service date.

I purchased a Big Deal from R&R Power Washing, Painting & More, but they had to send out a subcontractor to do the work, because they were too busy to do it all. The subcontractor was fair. They were very nice, professional and knowledgeable, when I talked to them on the phone.

Work was done as asked for and quoted...the workers were personable and polite.

They worked speedily, did a beautiful job, were very neat and cleaned up around their work area to perfection. Thanks for a good job.

They did a great job. They showed up when they were supposed to. They actually did my sidewalk in addition to the work that they were supposed to do for me. They got four or five different houses in the neighborhood in addition to mine so people could see what a great job they did on my house. They were on time and courteous. They were wonderful. I was completely satisfied and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for that type of service.

I would use this provider again in the future but only for power washing and regular painting.

It went well. Communication about scheduling was excellent, the work was done in a timely manner, and the quality, thoroughness and attention to detail were excellent.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were adequate. They were friendly, I suppose, although it has been a while. The work turned out good and my interaction with the provider was good. I paid additional over the Big Deal price.

Initially, the services were fine. They were very prompt and did a good job. Towards the end, it took them a little time to finish up. They were fine. I had no problems with them. They were very responsive initially but it was a little bit challenging in the end.

Technicians were a little late, but called first to let me know. They were friendly and focused on the task, patched two significant holes in ceiling (due to light fixtures being moved). I was a little disappointed with the texture product they brought for the job, but I do understand the difficulty in matching a textured ceiling look in repair. It was a special deal and was a good value for the price.

My expedience was good. The technician spent a lot of time on the work and did everything I wanted him to do. He took the full three hours to completing everything. Scheduling went well and they were able to come out within a week of purchasing the deal. I didn't even know he was here.

I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for handyman work. They got back with me on Monday and left a message. So I called them back to schedule the appointment, I spoke with Rob and scheduled the appointment for the next day from 12-2, and they did not show up, so a couple of hours later I text him to make sure he was okay, he responded a while later and said he was snowed in and sent me a picture of the snow and said he left a message, which I had no indication of. He then says he must have called a different customer and asked to reschedule for the next day, I let him know there was supposed to be more snow, he said he could still come, so I agreed for him to come on Thursday. Again, was supposed to be here on Thursday from 2-4 and still no call, no show. I just do not feel like I can trust them to be dependable to show up, so I am not going to pursue this deal I purchased.

It went okay. I have never used one like this before. He was on time. The overall project was fine. I thought the price was fine. I would use him again but I would probably ask more questions.

Rob and Andrew were very professional and thorough when they came out to give me an estimate. Jim and Slick did a great job painting. They made suggestions that had never entered my mind, and it turned out great! It looks much better than the last time it was painted - it has personality! Jim's ideas for the screened in porch really improved the look. I am so happy with the exterior of my house! Thanks, guys!!

R&R painted the Exterior portion of my home.They did pretty well for the most part. There is one part where they did not do any repair work on the back so that part does not look very good. They also said they would do some additional work and I never heard from them. I also have never gotten any receipts from them for paint purchases. I think I may owe them for a gallon of paint.Overall I wish I would have done something else. I paid for it all up front. That turned out to be a mistake.I guess I could have asked them to come back out.Not terrible but not great either.

I was called a couple of days after the coupon was purchased, I request a consultation. Two days later R & R came to my home and explained what I can expect from the 16 hrs of painting and pressure washing coupon. I did the prep work that R & R suggested I do to maximize my coupon (with some tools they let me borrow). R & R were very flexible, and willing to work around my very busy schedule. When R & R arrived at my home, Rob (alone) got right to work. He is very friendly and we worked together knocking out wall after wall. He explained everything he was doing and was very skilled and fast. It was like working with a buddy. Overall I am very satisfied and will hire R & R for my next projects. If R & R can not assist in a task, they know the right people for the job. For a no headache repair or upgrade give them a call

All of their crew was very nice and very professional. They showed up on time and did quality work. I plan to have them do more work after the holidays.

Andrew was the point person on this job and did most of the work. I had already moved an was putting this empty house up for sale the next week and needed the work done quickly. He gave me a quote the same day I asked and started the work the next day. He did most of the job himself and worked later into the evenings to meet my deadline to put the house on the market. The house was built in 1940 and the walls had lots of cracks from settling. He had to repair and sand a lot of area before painting and when he was done you couldn't tell where the cracks had been. The ceilings in the living and dining rooms were water stained from a previous roof leak, so he said they needed primed with oil primer before painting so the stains would show through. Both ceilings looked really great when he was done. He was also vey careful to cover the wood floors so as to not get any paint on them. I hadn't noticed the spaces between the crown molding and the ceilings and walls; however, Andrew pointed it out and did an expert job of filling them in so that I couldn't even see the repair. While power washing the house one of the neighbors hired him to power wash their house, too! I have used Andrew and Rob on several other jobs in my home and church and am always happy with the results. Really great guys!

We had the interior of our home painted, and they did a very good job. The provider was very particular and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. They took a little longer than estimated, but in the long run, I'd rather have good than fast!

R&R showed up to perform the pressure washing, as scheduled. During their initial visit, they identified repair work that needed to be done in order to make our deck safe. (We had some steps that had rot, and were no longer safe to walk down; unbeknownst to us.) The price for repair and staining was agreed to before work was performed, so there were no charges that were unexpected at the end. At first, I thought that the staining they would do would be the same quality as what me and my husband would do, only it wouldn't take as long since there were more of them than there were of us. I was way wrong. The deck that they completed work on looked much better than anything we could have completed. The job was well organized, and they performed a great job on the deck. I would, with no hesitation, say that the job they did on staining my deck was high quality and worth the money we paid.
