Very well. I wasn't home, but he came by and checked the entire system. Reported leaks in two of the sections and a broken (by mower) sprinkler head. Fixed the main system and called me about other repairs which I declined. No pressure to fix the broken sections which I didn't use anyway. Very professional and quick.

Sean Taliaferro worked for 4 years to elimate the accumulation of cement clogging the lines and control valves. The July repair completed the problem and system has worked fine all summer. The costs were very reasonable and I am completely satisfied with his work. He has done my back flow valve annual inspection for several years and has charged a fair price. I strongly recommend him for all irrigation systems installations and repairs.

Les was very responsive. Even though the quote was done last fall, we waited until spring to have the installation completed. He honored last years quote, The installation was completed in a couple of days, we have a double lot, without problems. He uses quality Rainbird sprinkler heads and control box. He came out and showed us how to use it and was immediately responsive to some minor problems. Would highly recommend. I have recommended him to two of our neighbors who are very satisfied with his work.

Sean responded promptly to my phone call and was able to work me in the next day. Our control box was showing that our valves were operating even though no stations were watering. He located the source of the problem which was a lightning strike that damaged our control box and other components. He was wonderful at explaining in detail what he was repairing and how the system worked. I was very impressed with his knowledge and desire to find the least expensive option to solve the problem. He was extremely patient as he explained the intricacies of the system.

Sean and I went thru all the zones one at a time. He carefully explained the water flow and pointed out issues. Some of the nozzle heads were completely broken. He also pointed out the valve boxes to me (six in all) and explained what some of the issues are when the valves are too shallow and are subject to freezing and critter destruction. He showed me a new valve and explained how it operated. He flagged the zones that had issues and then told me his suggestion as to how to resolve the problem. He repaired everything and asked me if I wanted to run thru the zones one by one. I trusted him and told him I did not need to do that. Very nice person, and very imnformative. I certaily will call him in the future and he told me if I noticed an issue in the next week or so to give him a call

Called provider as had just moved to new house and couldn't get system to run. Over the phone he walked through where to find the water meter, control panel and walked me through the entire set up of the rainbird system. Probably spent over an hour on the phone without charge. I did then book him for a backflow inspection but he did all this with expectation of pay. Great service. Will surely use for winterizatoin.

I so wish I had called Sean before having another contractor install my irrigation system. They did it all wrong and Sean had to come in and fix the poor job they did that did. He in stalled the correct pump for the pond, replaced broken heads, install a new relay box and reset all the heads. He did it in one day. Amazing man with a great wealth of knowledge. I learned you have to have the guy who is going to be honest upfront, know exactly how is should work and be the one who actually does the work. He doesn't have a crew to pass this off to. Sean is the owner and the guy who comes on site to get the job done. Strongly recommend Sean for any irrigation job. Pay a little bit money the first time around and have it done correctly.

Rain Image did not install our system but have been unbelievable in keeping it going. They are prompt and efficient in their repairs. Wonderful communication. Have had them for over 10 years now.

Shawn was easy to work with in the design process, very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He has maintained the system with an annual contract since installation. His quality speaks for itself - as of 2011 there have been no problems with the initial product.

He was a pleasure to work with. Prompt and very good at explaining the existing problems and optional methods of repair. He did exactly what he said he'd do and efficiently completed the work . I highly recommend Rain Image.
