Good experience

She did not vacuum, sweep nor mop behind doors. Used my paper towels (1 roll) instead of cleaning cloths of any kind. Did not clean guest bathroom toilet, sink nor tub. Slathered furniture polish on furniture surfaces. I had to wipe off excess, She did not even move two Dr. Phil books on bedside table. I have used other cleaning services and have never had such a poor experience. I do have realistic expectations; however, this was unacceptable. And the $200 charge for a 3 bdr - 2 bath condo was excessive. She asked me to pay for the cleaning in advance. I have never been asked to pay for any service in advance. I have used Home Advisor for a number of home repairs and installations previously. The previous services were quite satisfactory. The experience with Queen of Clean was unique and unacceptable.

The Queen of Clean is very conscientious. She bends to accommodate my unusual schedules. I’m thankful I found her!

Very responsive, courteous, and hard working. The job was very difficult and time consuming, but they did not have any issues completing. Will definitely use again!
