You were very pleased with the people at Preferred. They honored a price quote from many months before ordering. The installers were quick, professional and did quality. Management check in during the install and after completion.

We used Preferred for a complete exterior remodel with all-new replacement windows, siding removal and replacement, and new gutters. From the very beginning, Preferred Windows and Siding were very professional in recommending products for our windows and siding replacement project. They came out to my house with samples and we looked at all the options. We never once felt that we were being up-sold or steered towards an expensive product that we just simply didn't need. In fact, Tim was very open in telling us when a product just wasn't going to be what we needed -- even if that meant selling us a less expensive product. We loved the entire selection process. When it came time to install our windows and siding, Alex and Nathan came out and got right to work. They were very professional and respectful of our property and were all-around great guys to have on the job! Every day, they made sure to pick up scraps, debris, and any nails that may have fallen. They even worked in the rain a few days when afternoon showers rolled in. The installation went very fast and we could not be more pleased with the results of Alex and Nathan's work! It really does look like a brand new house! We would 100% recommend Preferred Windows and Siding to anyone looking for their services!

Tim, Gary and the crew did a fantastic job. They replaced 22 windows at my 1989 built home. They are honest, professional and were some of the most courteous people I have worked with on my home renovations. They cleaned up after each window they installed so there was no mess whatsoever left behind. I am so thankful I called upon them to help me. I strongly recommend them.

What an incredible difference! I am really happy with the work. The job was done in a timely fashion, with attention paid to small details.
