 + -1 moreIt was very reasonable. It has been working really well since then. They were timely. I didn't have to wait a long time for them. They disclosed it as they possibly could. They were very courteous.
Description of Work: I used Precision Heating and Air. They checked my unit, basically replaced the capacitor and re-charged the unit with freon.

 + -1 moreI don't have any complaints about them. They've done a good job for me. I'm been using their service for twenty five years now. I have a contract with them. They come out twice a year and check it. They are on time and I have never had any complaints about their work. In fact one time they found a situation when I was in the ninth year of a ten year warranty so they replaced it with just the labor charge. I don't remember what they replaced because it's been fifteen years ago. They last came out in spring. They are reliable and provide good service.
Description of Work: Precision Heating & Air came out to service the heating and air conditioning unit.
