+ -1 moreFollowing my posting here and elsewhere Pratt representatives promptly showed up and fixed the sprinkler problem. Thank you Angie's List! They also "looked at" the drainage issue, and since it was dry weather for days and sunny when they were here they determined no action was needed. Time and rain will tell.

+ -1 moreI purchased one of their homes only to realize how cheaply built it actually was.
Description of Work: The quality of houses built by this company is atrocious. They use the cheapest possible, this house feels like a soft breeze could knock it over. The heating/AC system failed not log after built. (Again cheapest unit on the market). Doors are not wood, electrical system was not safely installed. Seriously avoid this company's homes like the plague.
