I did all the booking on line. The booking process includes very detailed options for scheduling and placement of the container including how close the container should be to the building and which direction the roll-up door should face. The detailed quote that I recieved by email broke down delivery of the empty container, monthly rental (I rented the container for one month), container insurance (container only - not contents), moving the container to the new location, and final pickup. I also purchased one of their padlocks for $9.99. They delivered the container as scheduled at the original location, placed the container in the requested position, picked up and delivered to the second location as scheduled, and removed the container from the final location as scheduled. The charges were as quoted, the contents of the container were not damaged, the delivery and pickup were done on time, container placement was as requested. This was overall an excellent experience.
