It went very well. There was no charge as that was part of agreement that I had with them piano for consignment. I was impressively impressed that they were able to move the huge piano. They were polite. They told me what they were doing.

Absolutely tops! Communication with owner Tim Skeen and his crew was outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about moving pianos, and handled our cherished instrument safely and at a very reasonable cost. I could not have done this move for this price. By the time I rented the equipment and the labor, I'd have spent $200 more and a full day of my time and effort. They know their stuff, delivered it without a scratch, and made sure everything went well. The total round trip for them was about 350 miles. I'll use them again, and recommend them to you.

The whole experience went very well. I called their number and talked to Tim to get everything set up. After a few questions about the size of the piano, etc, he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. The guys arrived within the window of time that Tim had given me, and they had the job done in no time. They were very professional. I am very pleased that we used them instead of going with a regular moving company to move the piano. These guys know what they are doing, and they are extremely careful. And the cost was also very reasonable.

They did an awesome job. Everyone was very nice from the gentleman that I made the appointment with to the guys on the truck that did the pickup and delivery. The guys on the truck went the extra mile. Too bad more companies don't have that kind of customer service anymore.

This company was very professional in all aspects. I e-mailed through Angie's List about a move of my spinet piano from my parents' house in Athens, TN to Knoxville, TN. Because it wasn't time sensitive, I was given a discount rate since they could pick up the piano on a trip to Knoxville (from Chattanooga) they already had scheduled. The piano arrived with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.

The move went extremely well. Tim (the owner) gave me an estimate over the phone. He is very friendly, professional and responsive. On the day of the move, the two man crew arrived right on time. They are both very competent. They were friendly, considerate and obviously knew what they were doing. They wrapped the 80 year old baby grand carefully, loaded it into a trailer and set it up at my daughter's house in Nashville. They graciously accommodated my daughter's schedule and made plans to arrive in Nashville between 5 and 7 PM. My experience with Piano Movers Plus was much different than my previous experience with the big name mover in Knoxville that moved the piano into my home 6 months earlier. Their crew of 4 men struggled and caused significant damage to the case. I highly recommend Piano Movers.
