Phaltless Inc

I called Phaltless 24 July, 2014 Thursday for an estimate, he says he will call back. He called me on the following Monday 28th and says he will call me on Wednesday to set up and appointment. I waited until 2:00 on July 30, then I called him, I talked to Pete and he tells me that he was going to call me but he misplaced my number and he would be at my place by 4:30. He never called or came by at 4:30.

The driveway was paved in the fall of 2012. Shortly thereafter it began to gravel. They sent a crew out to try and make it better. This did not work because the asphalt was a bad batch. Since the weather turned too cold they said they would return in the spring. In the early spring I contacted them and they sent a crew out to completely repave the driveway.. It has been 2 months and the job looks great. We have a drain at the bottom that used to gather water and they graded it properly so it would drain correctly.

I called on Tues June 12, they did come out later that dayto see what needed to be done. I wasn't given a business card, which in retrospect that should have been done without my asking. I expected a call the next day with the estimate but did not hear anything. So I called back on Thursday, and the man that I spoke to didn't know anything and said I would get a call back. No call. Today is Saturday late afternoon. No call. Guess they don't need the work.

They were extremely easy to work with. We called for a quote and recieved it within a couple of days. The quote was within reason and we accepted and scheduled a date for service. They showed up on time and finished on time. Their "bobcat" operator was also kind enough to dig us a trench to help ease some water drainage issues we were having in another part of the yard just because his partner noticed the trouble and asked if they could help. The salesman can by several times to make sure everything was going on time and to inquire if we were happy with the how the work was going. We would not hesitate to use them again.
