I contacted Paul Davis Restoration to possibly do some clean-up from flash flooding we had on Christmas. I was able to make an appointment to have them look at it a few days later. John was on time for the walk-through. I handed him the estimate sheets from the flood company, he had a quick look around and he said they would get back in touch with an estimate. I never heard from the company again. It's a shame, but I suppose they weren't interested in even submitting a quote. It would have been nice to know if they weren't interested as I've been waiting for their estimate. I'm now searching for a new company to fix the damage. I am no longer interested in doing business with Paul Davis because of the aforementioned.

They did an excellent job. Very conscientious, courteous, and punctual. Made the repairs to my specifications and made it look better than new.

Workmanship is the worst ever. My insurance copy fired them after inspecting their work. Their estimate included removing and replacing wet drywall and insulation. They replaced approximately 75% of the drywall included in their estimate, about 50% of the wet insulation. Water marks bled through paint. When work was replaced by another contractor, black mold was discovered on approximately 80 square feet of the areas that were included in the PDR estimate to be replaced. Although I was assured by PDR that the "dried out" insulation was safe, the proof was in the pudding - or mold in our case. These guys are less than honest, their workmanship is that of a third grader (that is an insult to most third graders). In addition to their pitiful workmanship, delays and dishonesty, their complete disrespect for the homes contents was enough to fight over. It was an awful experience. Would never recommend them for anything. Less than professional and workmanship was the worst I have ever seen for a licensed contractor. Not the most honest bunch. I was told they inspected attic to make sure mold was not present. The second contractor removed all the wet molded drywall after Paul Davis said they had replaced it. They did paint it. Trim carpentry was the worst you've ever seen, caulked gaps 1/4"+ wide. I have a photo log of the work they performed before the second contractor removed everything Paul Davis installed. Seven weeks of wasted time. The final insurance claim included what was damaged by the frozen pipe plus additional damages caused by Paul Davis. Again, Paul Davis did agree to walk away without compensation for the work they had done. They were not backcharged for the additional damages they caused.

Aaron did a fantastic job with everything. He did all the drywall, painting, doors, etc. He was very proffessional and prompt. We were very pleased with his work and would defientley use them again.

Workers arrived on time.Friendly workers.

I was pleased in the service provided. I have no complaints about anything this company did for me.

At the end everything turned out fine, but they did have to come up a second time to fix some things.

The last time I used them was 1st of July. They were great. They stood behind their work and their communication was good. They were very professional. They are a good company to work with. The work was done timely. The tornado was pretty devastating which hit on the 27th April and by the time I got all the work done it was probably the 1st of July.

They came out quickly the next day to look at the damage. They had the pipe fixed, the water heater replaced, and had the whole downstairs dry within just a few days! They also did "mold remediation" while they were there so that mold wouldn't grow inside the walls or under the floor. Everyone on their staff is friendly and easy to work with, from the person who performed the estimate to the repair staff to the back end office staff. With all that we had going on, it was a pleasure working with them.
