 + 1 moreDARWIN WAS COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL AND THE TOTAL PROFESSIONAL. HE DID THE JOB AS FAST AS THE MATERIAL AND WEATHER WOULD ALLOW AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE I THOUGHT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT
Description of Work: DUG UP AND REPAIRED EFIS (STUCCO) AROUND THE BASE OF MY HOME, TOOK OUT AND REPAIRED ALL WOOD THAT WAS MOISTURE DAMAGED. HOME WAS BUILT BEFORE CURRENT GUIDELINES WERE IN PLACE AND SOME OF THE EFIS WAS COVERING THE FLOOR JOIST AND THEIR COVERING BELOW THE GRADE. THIS WAS ALL REPLACED WITH CONCRETE BOARD AND SEVERAL COATS OF WATERPROOFING WERE PLACE THEN THE FINISH WAS REPLACED AND THEN THE AREA WAS GRADE AND ROCK PLACED TO AID DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE ALL OTHER CRACKS AND BIRD HOLES WERE REPAIRED AND SOME WOOD MOULDING THAT HAD ROTTED WERE REPLACED
