They did a very good job and I would highly recommend them. When I talked to him originally he gave me a written quote. He gave me at time, but had to back up a few days because of not being able to complete previous work due to weather, but he always stayed in contact. In the end, he came in and did a very good job.

They did a very thorough job and did it well. They even took the time to scrap the old paint all of the building and cleaned up the mess afterwards. They just did a terrific job. They were prompt and I was really pleased with the work.

I learned a lot of life lessons on this job. A good referral is better than a good marketing campaign. Confirmed my opinion that a painter should never be hired to patch sheet rock. The workers were pleasant and intended to do a good job. Some had done this work before and one had no experience. It was clear that no strategy was in place to complete the job in the allotted time although I was assured it would be. I was surprised that testing for Asbestos in the ceilings was not mentioned by Painter Ready given the year that my house was built. I was surprised that Painter Ready did not have a vacuum system to do this type of work for the safety of their workers and to minimize the mess to the house. I expected a mess and was duly rewarded. The workers used small hand held spatulas from ladders to scrape the ceilings to minimize patching. Three people worked on one room at a time. The large bedroom ceiling I scraped by myself from the floor using a 5x wider blade with a long handle was completed in the same time it took three of them to complete a small bedroom. Training for this type of work would be a good investment otherwise declining this type of work would be a good idea. I was not notified until the last day that the workers had gone over on time and would not be able to complete the job for the quoted price. For those that can do math, when you complete 50% of the job for all of the money, if you want the job completed you have to pay 100% more money. That is twice the price quoted. I expected an overage of 10 to 20%. I would never miss an estimate by 100% and would have never let my customer know that I did. I would have offered a completed price. Know that I paid Painter Ready despite their ad advising do not pay until happy. Things I would change about Painter Ready 1) Given the errors of my job Brandon Lewis should have visited the job site personally, no supervisor ever came by to check the work 2) Open ended estimates should have a cap (not to exceed) or daily work review for % completed of time allowed 3) Estimator should be familiar with how work is actually completed by workers 4) Workers should actually be trained for job assigned with current techniques 5) Equipment should be provided that corresponds to scope of work 6) Workers should let homeowner know when leaving rather than disappearing with only the sound of their vehicle starting up being a good bye If all you need is paint applied the workers do that satisfactory. Just do not get them outside their comfort zone. The work I completed myself is noticeably a better job but then again this is my home that I live in. I thought the Painter Ready price was a bit high and you can imagine what I think it is after only half the work was finished and paying for the full estimate price.

They had come out twice. The last time I used them, I spent $1,200. My first experience with them was positive. I had them out another time and it was not as good as the first time. They lacked the quality that they had first time around. They had a different crew when they came out the second time. I will not use this company again in the future.

Painter Ready was outstanding. The project went well. They took there time and made sure the worked around us.

The workers were mostly good, they were prompt, and completed the project just a little more slowly than expected. They varied from one to three men on the job from day to day. The only problem with their work was when I pointed out some shortcomings in the finish, they were less than happy to correct it. The lack of good caulking in corners, and use of wrong color on one area just weren't acceptable. I can't rate them more than "fair" because it left a sour note at the end of the job, although they did fix it. I think that this would have been a better experience if the painters doing the work had daily supervision, like a check at the end of each day to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Painter Ready began on time, was extremely fast and professional, and finished on time. One of the painters even came on a Sunday afternoon to finish painting the office. Being a commercial customer it was of utmost importance to us that the painting minimally affected our business activity. Painter Ready was very accommodating in that regard. We offer yoga classes and massage. The painters were mindful and quiet, and we were supplied with quality Zero VOC paint. We appreciated that the initial quote included everything (paint, supplies, etc) and it did not change at all with the final bill. The painters seem to be nice, decent people. We had no problem leaving them alone in our facility and letting them have a key over the time they worked there.

They were really professional and great guys to work with. The price was very reasonable. They were here when they said they would be. The estimate matched the service.
