+ -1 moreWe dropped off the chair mid September. Since we were re-carpeting, we told them to do the job at their leisure because we did not want to pick up the chair until mid October. They called mid October. The chair was beautifully done. We took their advice on all repairs and saved nearly $300 on some structural repairs and refinishing that turned out to be unnecessary and would have reduced the antique's value. We chose an expensive fabric ($120) plus re-tying and repairing the springs ran up the price. Otherwise, their prices are competitive with other upholsters in the area (they and several other shops priced reupholstering this and another chair). We recommend them.
