Great experience. Wes and his crew were punctual and performed the job exactly how he explained he would. His crew cleaned up the entire mess and short of the trees that they cut down and trimmed, you would never know work was done. I highly recommend them.

Not good for me.

Mr. Norris came out to give me an estimate a few days after calling. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained what they planned to do and gave me the estimate before leaving. I called him back a few days later (after obtaining another estimate that was about $750 more) and scheduled the work. He planned to arrive around 9:30. The night before the work was to start, I called to check in, and Mr Norris explained an emergency had come up and he wouldn't be able to get to our job till around lunch time. He actually arrived around 2:30, and the crew worked to cut and remove the majority of the medium-large tree cluster before leaving for the day around 4. The next day they returned and started work at 9:30. This day they had to remove a section of my picket fence to obtain access to the trees. All trees were cut and removed by late afternoon. The crew left and returned a bit later to remove the stumps. Finally, after speaking with Mr Norris, he agreed to put the fencing back up they had removed. He had to leave to purchase some material (concrete and a fence post), and he and another crew member worked another couple hours completing this task near 8pm. Overall we are very satisfied all tree were removed as planned and expected. As mentioned several trees were near the house, with some touching. No damage was incurred, and we felt Mr. Norris went above and beyond with the fence repair, especially since I offered to pay for the materials he had to purchase, but he said he would take care of it.

Amazing. I phoned in the morning to set up an appointment for an estimate on having a stump removed from our front yard. I had to leave a message but received a return call by mid-day. Mr Norris said he would come by to look that same afternoon. He was here within an hour as he happened to be in the neighborhood. He quoted me $30 and said he could do it the same day! Fantastic. He came back about an hour later with a helper and went straight to work. The stump is gone, they refilled the hole and were gone before I even knew they had been here. Very satisfied!

It was a wonderful experience. His company showed up on time and did the work in a very timely manner leaving NO mess behind.
