HORRIBLE!! This guy came in and insisted the main water line and hot water heater needed to be replaced to fix the problem despite my telling him the issue was the faucet last time. He tore up my yard, left garbage and debris and buried the old pipe back in the ground, and the issue still wasn't fixed. His boss told him to clean the aerator in the faucet and that was the fix, the ONLY fix, that needed to be done. On top of this, he STOLE my old hot water heater after I explicitly told him to leave it in the garage - he even made me a list to go to Lowes and get everything myself instead of him doing it!

The same company came out and fixed the same joint in 2014. This time the technician tried to up-sell me and said that the problem can’t be fixed unless we run a whole new line from the street, this was not true. Then when I asked about pricing, he said that is was going to almost double in price from 2014. When asked about that, he said prices fluctuate like gas. I then requested to speak to his manager and he said the manager was in a meeting. I said I would like to leave a message and again asked for the number. Then he said he would text me the number. 5 minutes later he called and said he had talked to the manager and that his manager would say that the price was too good. At this point I said I felt deceived and that the technician was being unfair and that I would find another company to help. I called the office and told them and they were very apologetic. My suggestion to someone needing a plumber is to go find a company not paying their workers on commission
