Office manager Janet was great communicator. Called several times on front end and followed up as well. Mathew ,service tech, was neat,professional and completed job In about 3 hrs. Cost was reasonable and lowest of 3 bids we received

They were really good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They checked everything out very well and didn't see any problems. They were here in no time and treated us very fairly. They cleaned up after they left, they were very nice guys. I could tell that they knew what they were doing.

Mitchell Air installed my HVAC for my new home...I did not pick them to do this as it was the builder's choice. The system has never worked properly as the unit is undersized. Mitchell Air did not run a load calculation in order to size the system. My son's bedroom remains at 87 degrees in the summer even though we have put solar blocking film on the windows and installed light blocking drapes. I have called Mitchell Air several times. The few times that they actually showed up they sent very unprofessional technicians who were unable to fix the problem. I have asked the owner of the company numerous times to make sure the unit is sized correctly and to fix the supply air problems. Often, they will make an appointment and never show up. If they show up, they don't have the proper equipment to test air flow or fix anything. I know this because I am a retired mechanical engineer and have worked in energy management. I absolutely cannot recommend them for anything.
