Michael Addisen

After an initial misunderstanding, Addisen went above and beyond what was expected. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Easy! I took advantage of a $200 coupon on Angie's List and selected an appointment time. Michael, the owner contacted me and confirmed. He showed up very promptly and helped me determine the right course of action to strip most of the old finish and renew the finish, but this time he advised me to use a heavy duty deck & dock finish. We agreed on the details of the job and the price. It was to be a 3-day process so we waited for a favorable weather forecast. Michael let me know when they were ready to start and things went very smoothly. The tech from Addisen showed up right on time day one and got the thing stripped and power washed. He even power washed an alcove next to the deck where I keep the trash cans. Thank you!! The next day he showed up right on time and put the finish on the deck. Wow! It looks fabulous...better than new. The only thing left was up to me....stay off for a couple of days to let the finish cure. Done! Easy for me. So refreshing to deal with people with such great work ethic and a high degree of professionalism. I highly recommend these guys and will call them again.

Everything went well from arrival to clean up

Job #1 Michael Dusevic (owner) returned call promptly & personally came to give estimate and schedule the work. He also made recommendations on getting the house & gutters power washed. I did not have to be present for the work and I came home from work and the job was done. It looked like new cement! Job #2 I followed up on his recommendation to have the house power washed. I had installed a white vinyl fence the previous year and asked for an estimate on power washing the house, fence and front sidewalk on 6/14/17. The estimate was very reasonable and again I did not have to be present for the work. It was completed on 6/17/17 and again, an excellent job. It looked like a brand new house, fence and sidewalk! Job #3 I had asked him if he did other work such as painting and he said he did all house repair work including landscaping. My front porch railings were peeling and the back porch wood railings needed staining. Again the estimates were very reasonable and the quality of work and cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend Michael and his team for any kind of house repair you may need. I have other projects in mind and so happy that I now have a good, reliable and reasonably priced contractor to do the work!!!

One of the best experiences ever. Michael returns calls the same day. His crew works tirelessly, and they completed all the work in two 12 hour days. The work is meticulous.

Deck doesn't looked restored at all, just slightly cleaner.

They never provided the services that they were paid for. I guess it's a fraud

The price quoted on the listing special was very limited. the deck is 20 x 12 and is brand new. had to pay an additional $500 dollars plus sealant to complete the job in edition to the Angies's list deal. The overall cost was higher than expected.

While it did take a while to get started (they are a very busy company and the weather here would not cooperate) once they got going, everything was completed quickly and efficiently. All the work was done exactly as we had requested and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Paid for a month ago and still have not been contacted by Addison. Both dates I picked for work have passed. I am unhappy with both Addison and Angie's list.

Michael and his team did an outstanding job, just as they have in the past...I have used this company multiple times and definitely will again... they can do just about everything when it comes to your home... everything looks great, and Michael always makes sure you are satisfied with the job... I highly recommend the Addisen team!

Arrived late as had issues finding my place. Once they arrived the two painters went to work and were as professional as one could ask for. They worked the full 8 hrs. They were not able finish the complete area I had taped but stopped in a manner making it easy to finish on my own. They worked right up to the time and started cleaning up the last 5 minutes so some of the clean up was on their time

They did a great job painting. Be aware of overage charge over 8 hours.

Perfect. Two men came and worked for 4 hrs.

They were prompt, efficient, and thorough. They mowed my lawn as well without me having to ask! Mike identified other issues for us and gave us a fair quote and completed the work within a few days! I absolutely recommend Addisen and would use them again.

Mike and his painter did a great job. On time, efficient, courteous and professional throughout the job. There were items that were not covered in the Angie's list deal that were priced very fairly and well worth the extra cost. Mike was upfront with this info prior to the start of the job. He talks very fast so make sure you repeat what he states so you two are on the same page and everything will go well with your job.

They did a great job; I was impressed that they battled the rain, to get the job done.

It took maybe 15 minutes for them to start and finish. They also said they did pressure washing of houses, and mine needed it, so we decided they would do it. I was told I would get the Angie's List price of $150, which is what I paid. I found out later that I probably overpaid for both the gutter cleaning and the house washing, but I just don't know about these things. They were very nice though, and did do a good job.

Went good, were here when they said they would wasted not time went to work and promply finished the job
