Excellent. Being a contractor, I impressed of his attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication through the job. We discovered some extra work and he priced it very fairly. He solved a water infiltration problem we have battled for 10+ years without the high cost of a "foundation specialist". It held up during these past weeks of rain and I am extremely satisfied, to the point that I recommended him to my daughter to clear brush and ivy from her property. You can add trustworthy to my list .

Michael and his crew did an excellent job! He is very professional and listens well to your needs, then helps to find solutions that are less costly. His polite, trustworthy crew worked consistently the entire time they were scheduled on our home, taking very few breaks, and often finishing after dark without complaint. The quality of Addisen’s work exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with everything they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone. His crew is expert in so many different aspects of home construction, there is no need to call on anyone else. He also has great resources such as appliance repairmen and plumbers if needed. Everyone he referred to us did an excellent job. We will definitely use him again in the future.

They did a great job. Neat and clean. We have a lot of book shelves and trim so there was a lot of detail work. The finished room looked very nice. The guy straightened up every night before they left the job. We would definitely hire Michael and his crew again.

Excelent team, hardworking, punctual and very polite. They do exactly what they said they’re going to do and don’t make up things you don’t need done just to try to get money out of you like other services I’ve used in the past. They do a great job and at very good prices compared to others that didn’t do half as good. Would absolutely recommend them for any jobs you need done around your house!!!

It turns out that we needed new gutters because Leaf Guard had not installed the gutters properly in 2005. Not only that they refused to honor their lifetime warrenty. When we called Michael he determined that we had rotten facia and soffets that needed to be repaired. He came out to give us an estimate. He even, at no charge removed the gutters, which could have charged us $427. He also saw that my light post needed work and he cleaned, repaired capped and painted the post. Since we gave him short notice he was still able to work us in. Michael and his crew are very professional, he explained to us in detail what needed to be done and how he would attempt to execute the job. He is very trustworthy and honest. We have great respect for him and his crew.

I was 100% satisfied. The house had quite a bit of mildew on the siding and it looks great. Michael Addisen is a real pro!

Work was done quickly and professionally

It was done in a timely matter and they even did some extas like cleaning the entry way of our garage. We have a brick house so the pressure washing was the trim and the sidewalk along with cleaning off the roof. He pointed out that we needed some work on our soffit and facia. But he could not do that until Leaf Guard restructure and repair the gutters. We have used Addison before and found he and his staff to be very professional.

As usual, Michael and his crew did an outstanding, high quality job for a fair price. This is the third time in 5 years I'v used them for house and/or deck or driveway projects. I highly recommend.

This is the third job I have had Michael and his team work on my house and they are beyond exceptional in every aspect of the work they do. I will continue to use them for all work related to my house inside and out and highly recommend Michael and all of his workers.

The few missing parts did not let the team deter them. They went to the hardware store and got what they needed to finish the job. During the construction some of the cedar posts were scratched. Michael went and stain matched at Sherwin Williams, and re-coated anywhere needed. He even left the can of stain behind for later use. Although he did not ask, I trust Michael enough to pay him in advance of the job, because I know he will finish it in a timely manner. I've use ADDISEN before at another home, and we will always rely on Michael to get many of our tasks complete to help keep our home looking top notch.

This company does a great job taking care of my resturant floors

Great experiance, I contacted Michael on a Tuesday, he came out and quoted me a price the next day. Job was finished on time by that Thursday. Highly recommend!

The guys worked very hard and did an excellent job. I use them quite often and they always do great. If I ever have a question about something they come back and take care of it at no charge.

Michael and crew were fantastic. They were quick to be onsite after estimate review and acceptance. They worked tirelessly to finish across a few days time what I thought would of taken a lot longer. There was no mess left after, no overspray of paint just a well done job.

Excellent! The job was done quickly and efficiently.

First off- the workers didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with them. Second, they were frequently on their phone and delaying work. Third, it took them until 8 p.m to finish 2 small rooms. The process was not explain throughly to me by the contractor and when the job was finished- poorly at that- he argued about the price. He promised the workers would work efficiently and they would not be on their phones any longer after I called him to complain and also he would comp me for the time they wasted- that was a lie. Also, the workers spoke very badly in Spanish about myself and my home- to the point I had to tell them to stop or get out of my home. Paint was dripped on my floors, wall spots that needed small repairs were done slopppy and they did not clean up what mess they left! DO NOT HIRE THEM! Horrible experience!!

As always, Michael and his team did an outstanding job! I needed several areas cleaned up, shrubs trimmed and pruned, and mulching in the backyard. Everything looks great. I had a tree that had come up due to the rain. They were able to remove that for me as well. Everything was done on time, professionally, and at a good cost. If you are looking for someone to help you with your yard needs, Micheal and the team at Addison are the ones to call!
