Michael Addisen

They were punctual and they did a good job.

I bought a deal for 3 hours of sheet rock work for $79 and got an email from Michael very soon after I purchased the deal to schedule a time to perform the work. Michael and his guys were very nice and professional and the work was done well. The cracks were pretty big, so the work took longer than the 3 hours. The price for the additional hours was reasonable.

It went good. It was an extra charge to bag and remove the leaves but it wasn't to expensive.

No problems. The young men did everything I asked.

I had purchased a Handyman Special of 8 hours work for 199 dollars. Michael from Addisen Power Washing came to my house to see what needed to be done. The following Saturday he showed up with two other workers and explained to them what needed to be done. Michael showed me an invoice and asked that I pay 260 dollars as half pay for getting the repair materials and an additional 260 when the job was finished. I told him I thought his price was a bit steep: ( 520 dollars additional ) and he explained about his expenses, taxes, etc. They started the work and then Michael left to get the parts. When he left to get the parts the worker inside the house sort of piddled around with the hole in the wall. I asked the outside worker where was Michael and was told Michael forgot to get the needed materials. The inside guy then went outside and spoke with the outside guy until Michael came back. I did not ask for a receipt for the repair / replacement parts Michael bought. So if they really cost 260 dollars I don't know. I provided the paint. Literally they were at my house about 3 1/2 hours. I logged their arrival and departure time but have since thrown that document away. However, I did mention that document to Michael the morning he and I both spoke to the Angie's List customer rep. The repairs were no less than 90 percent complete when they left. Michael returned the following Monday to paint the outside board ( four feet by four feet, approximate ) soffit, area adjacent to the soffit, and the single tile that had fallen off the house.. After the jobs were completed I called Angie's List and explained the expenses to the lady I spoke with. She told me that I would have paid too much had I paid the full 520 dollars plus the 199 for the Angie's List handyman special. I then spoke with Michael via telephone a day or two later and explained what I had felt and that the Angie's List rep also felt that I would have paid too much. I told him that when he came by the following weekend I would call Angie's List and we would both speak to the customer representative. When he came by he and another worker walked straight to my door and I told the other worker to stay out. It appeared to me that he was going to try to immediately have that worker get to work skimming the inside of the wallboard. Maybe he forgot that I said that he and I would first speak with Angie's list before any more work would be done. Anyway after he and I spoke to Angie's List I told him I would let them ( Angie's List ) settle the situation. If I was wrong I would pay the additional money. He told me we could settle the situation among ourselves. I told him I could wait for Angie's List. I do not see why three men were needed to do a job that two could have done. Also, I don't know if his workers were independently skilled as he seemed to coach them while the repairs were being done. Also, I think the invoice was cleverly inflated. I have not been contacted by Addisen Power Washing Company since his last visit here.

Qwner made sure his 2 men knew and understood their responsiblity( the job) he left but called and checked on the progress .Workers spoke little or no English buy did fair to good job. Job completed with in time frame.

???? All I will say is-I am impressed! Where I live, we have a lot of trees-and the full season of leaves was in my yard; (the hubby & I have bad knees.) Good news-we have a (town) leaf truck which comes 3x/yr to pick them up, curbside. Bad news-we only get as little as a week's notice that they will in our area. So.... First we left Michael hanging as to when we needed him; and then we asked if he could come right away. He never complained-just called back right away & said they would be up here the very next day. I figured w/the #leaves & weather conditions -(It was Raining!)- that they'd do well to just get the front&side yard. (I can't imagine moving wet leaves was a picnic!) But I was very pleasantly surprised to see that not only had they moved every leaf from the front, sides, & back porch & patio, but they had managed to get to at least half of my back yard as well. (The leaves were ankle-deep, i.e., hopeless!) Yes, I will definitely use Addisen again, as should you.

There was some miss communication regarding areas to paint but Michael MORE than fixed the problem. He used better paint than I had originally purchased, did an excellent job, spent longer hours and did not charge more. We were really happy with the work done.

Michael and his team did an excellent job cleaning and staining two decks at our house. He and his crew were very professional at all times, they moved the deck furniture before and after and left the entire area in good condition.

I can't say enough good things about Michael and his team. He's extremely responsive, punctual, easy to communicate with, and extremely competitive on pricing with exceptional work. He's on my speed dial now and we'll definitely use him in the future.

The deal included debris removal but when I spoke to him he said he had no way to do that. I have decided not to use the deal.

Michael Dusevic?s team, Pasqual and Jose, hand turned an awkward, hilly, rocky, root, and tree limb infested, fall bulb and perennial flowerbed. This bed has been neglected for about 30 years. These wonderful gentlemen planted a couple of thousand daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, narcissus, bluebells, and Lilly of the valleys after they hand turned the amendments into the clay. The soil was clay, as I said, and they hand worked sphagnum peat moss, mushroom compost, garden soil, and potting soil into the clay to make it a perfect planting bed. The bed is huge. It is approximately 150 feet long and 30 feet wide, in spots, at the entrance of my driveway. They finished with raking leaves onto the bed as the first line of mulch. We will top it off with bales of pine needles tomorrow, but for tonight, the bulbs are safe from the cold temperatures that are expected to come in here tomorrow. I just cannot thank these men enough for all of their hard work. They were awesome. The bulbs should have been planted a month ago, but I could not get anyone scheduled for enough time, to get everything done to the neglected bed before the bulbs could be planted. I could have never gotten all of this work done without the help of these men. They were wonderful, and I thank them a thousand times over.

Michael and i spoke on Monday afternoon and he came by two hours later and gave me and looked at the job. At 9PM he emailed me the quote and he started the job the next morning. He brought at least 4 men to do all three jobs and they finished around 6PM that same night. All of the work performed looked great and we are very pleased. I told him that i wanted to complete the jobs by the weekend because of a large group of people coming to our home. I never imagined that he would complete the entire job in one day.

I had anticipated that a "Handyman" could install electrical fixtures which was our primary need. He offered to send an Electrical contractor at additional cost.

Cost me more than I expected. Twice as much as we have ever paid to have our house cleaned.

Michael Dusevic, with Addison Painting, is awesome! He provided the paint, at a reasonable cost, and his crew flew into their work and worked tirelessly until they reached perfection! This was a difficult job too! I requested that they paint my rose arbor. The arbor was handmade for me by my gramps in 1969. Shamefully, I had neglected the care of the arbor, and it really needed attention. The arbor is located next to a pond where it gets direct blistering heat in the summer and direct freezing cold blasts in the winter. These hardworking men first cleaned the arbor of all debris, including a substantial amount of duck poo. Our Muscovy ducks love to sit atop the arbor and view their kingdom. After they cleaned the arbor they blew it dry with a huge blow dryer. Once they established that it was perfectly dry, they applied a beautiful white exterior latex paint that has a wonderful reflective quality! The arbor now looks brand new! It is amazing! After 44 years of weather abuse, and the shameful neglect recently from me, that it could look just like the day my gramps gave it to me! Thank you Michael and thanks to your wonderful crew. You are wonderful.

Michael and his team arrived promptly at 9:30 AM and worked diligently without stopping for 4 hours. Their work was professional and the cost was reasonable. They did excellent work and will definitely use them for other services in the future.

This is a fantastic multi-work company. The workers all did a very responsible job and had a great attitude and expertise. They really went over-board to ensure all work was done to my satisfaction. This is a great company and I will be using them in the future for various projects around our home. They did a GREAT JOB & I WAS VERY PLEASED!

Great job and attention to detail. Cleared and bagged all the underbrush and picked up the fallen branches and limbs and hauled it away. Very professional and worked steadily. Labor charges were comparable to others but felt the haul away charges were a little high.

I believe the job was to include pick up of all the leaves cleared from the gutters, but I'm not sure our workman got them all. Still, it was a job long neglected and long overdue, so it may have been more than the usual task.

The results on each of the projects were above my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased. Michael and his entire crew were professional, courteous, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and finished each project in the time frame specified on my quote. I will definitely be calling him for future maintenance needs.

showed up exactly on time, sanded clumps of dried paint left buy a previous painter and then repainted. touch-up throughout the house, cleaned up perfectly when finished and finished the job within minutes of estimated time to complete. I plan on contracting them again to paint outside.

From initial contact to finishing the job, everyone was great. Michael came out pretty quickly to give me a quote and the work was done the next day. I really appreciate it and will contact again when I need more things done.

Called Addisen over the weekend, they called back the following Monday, and came out to deliver a quote the next day. They began work on my projects the same day. They worked diligently all week until both projects were complete-even on Saturday. The price was fair and the work was outstanding. Will definitely use again.
