I was pleased with the job they did and the person that did the job but the man that set it up, no. He came back and wanted more money and he wanted it in cash. So that kind of irritated me a little. It was $89 and he tried to get $50 more out of me because he looked at my driveway and said it was more than square foot is allowed and I knew otherwise because I had measured it and it just bothered me that somebody that does that for a living couldn't eyeball it and tell that it was way under. It was less than he said. I appreciated the work and young man that did the work but I wasn't happy with the person I dealt with. The man who did the work did a wonderful job. The price itself was very good for what was done. I will not use them again.

They did an excellent job. Very professional, prompt. Plan to have more work done on outside of house in coming month.

Hi Mike, sorry for the belated review. He're my appraisal of the painting services provided by Addison. I'll not varnish things. Mike responded quickly to my request for a quote. We walked the property together and afterwards he quoted a price of nearly seven thousand. I replied that that the quote was a bit higher than his competitors. He explained that he treats residential jobs just like commercial jobs and has a vested interest that everything is done to my satisfaction. He also indicated he could start almost immediately which was something I needed and other individuals were not able to offer. The entire house was washed thoroughly and scraped (there was a LOT of scraping to do) by his crew. I have two wood decks and they power washed those as well although I don't recall him offering that service in the deal. That was nice. Once underway I noticed that the window trim wasn't getting painted. After a brief discussion it appears that in the contractor world doors, exterior paint and trim, and windows are separate entities. I figured it was all together (we discussed door color) and when talking trim that meant the windows as well. Miscommunication sometimes happen. Mike said he'd make it right and had his crew do the windows as well at no extra cost (I have a lot of windows, and a lot of trim). Some woodwork needed replacing that we had discussed and all that went well. Also, all the minor cracks that all hold houses were filled in as well. All in all, it was a very professional job. While his bid came in at what I thought was a bit high (or I'm cheap) in the end I was happy I went with Addison. The crew was very thorough, I was encouraged to walk the entire job to see if I found any defects so that might need attending to. I noted that the chemicals used for cleaning the house had streaked all my windows (maybe it wasn't washed off completely). He and his crew cleaned all the windows of the house before they left. TL:DR version: I was very happy in the end. While I initially balked at the price, the promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, and follow up more than made up for it.

Initally I was not happy with the flooring his team put down, I told Michael and he completed the flooring himself and came back to finish some other things I had mentioned I wanted done.

Truly professional. Communication from start to finish was excellent. They did a great job staining the deck to our house. Covered all areas of our house that could have been subject to residual debris. Michael and his team reviewed the job with me, to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work and the clean up they performed. Would definitely recommend them.

He had a cure of workers here that worked very fast and hard and did an excellent job. I will use them again.

there were 2 painters, for 4 hours each. the painters did a great job, forgot just a couple little things but they got an amazing amount done in 4 short hours. 7 interior doors and trim and the doors were old and in poor condition, so overall a GREAT value. I would recommend, and use again.

Michael and his team are fantastic. They get the job done, and done well. This landscaping project they took care of for us in 2 hours (2 people) would have taken my husband and I a full day to day and a half. They're a marriage saver!

I have used Mike before, and still can't say enough about him. His team was highly professional, and he spent as much time as needed to get the job done. I needed him for longer than thought, yet his hourly rate for that was most reasonable. Don't hesitate to call.

The owner came over a few days before work was to begin and looked at what I wanted done. On the day of service, they arrived at the agreed upon time and started work. There were two workers so the idea was to split the work and work 4 hours each. This worked well. I purchased necessary materials through him and because he looked at things in advance he had most of the materials ready. The work was completed slightly over 8 hours and I was charged labor for one extra hour which I thought was fair. The only bad part (and this is a minor thing) was I his workers had to wait for him to deliver some materials so they had some down time. However, I was not charged for the time spent waiting, and there was afternoon traffic going on so I can't blame him for dealing with that. Overall I was extremely satisfied.

I called Angies List for a company to do drywall on one of the Big deals, which I later found out that I was put on the powerwash deal. The provider came in at the appointed time and did an excellent job. Because of the mixup on the deals the provider was not able to have the sheet rock to complete the drywall job. So we had a discussion and decided that I also needed the powerwash Big deal also. So the provided on that same day completed the power wash, after I called Angie's List about the mix-up. The second day the sheet rock was added. Michael was very professional and flexible and had a great attitude, he sighted for me that I needed to have some caulking and repairs done around the roofing area, I appreciate his letting me know about that. He will make a return visit and do those repairs when the weather is permitting.

I left a message after hours and was contacted first thing the next morning. He called to let me know he was on his way before our appointment and arrived exactly when he said he would. He listened to my needs and asked clarifying questions. He then made several suggestions, all of which I accepted. His crew arrived the next morning and worked non-stop all day. They finished in one day and I have a big house and patio! The workers who entered my house were very careful to keep their shoes cleaning and were very respectful of our possessions, keeping everything clean. Communication was excellent, one of my pet peeves. The price was reasonable.

Details? Mike and his helper worked steadily and diligently... I appreciate their positive attitudes and great advice about the projects. Work was completed promptly, and I am very pleased with the results! These guys can do anything!

The owner came out and he brought his staff. It only took them about 3-4 hours to complete the job. I had surprised my sister and she thought they had did a wonderful job. The house had looked a mess before.

I bought the Angie's List deal for 4 hours of yard cleanup and was contacted the next day by Michael. We set up a time that he could come and talk with me about what needed to be done in my yard (he came out on a Saturday for this). He let me know what he thought could be done in the time allotted, and we set up a tentative date/time (pending weather). Due to snow, our first day didn't work, but he contacted me the next day and had two guys working on my yard within the hour. Both men were hard workers and didn't stop the whole time they were working. I ended up paying for an extra hour of work, which was well worth it. While Michael was at the house, I also got an estimate on deck work (power washing, scraping, painting) and bi-weekly yard maintenance, both of which were very reasonably priced. We will be using Michael and his workers in the future.

Michael and his team did a wonderful job. The team arrived punctually each day and worked hard throughout each day. The job consisted of every room but one in our house, and they completed the job within a week. Anything I noticed that wasn't done during our walk-through at the end of the work was promptly completed to my satisfaction. The painting looks great and I couldn't be happier. Michael was true to his word; his team did everything to my expectations and there were no surprises. Will definitely use these guys for our future painting needs.

Everything went great! All debris was cleaned out and all debris was cleaned up from sidewalks, decks and flower beds. Gutters are functioning properly now!

They did an excellent job. They are professional and timely. They did what they said they were going to do.The owner always wants a good job done so he does a lot of follow up when they are done.
